  2. Hey smiling Joe can dance a little too!
  3. That is great stuff! Wonder what is going through Penns mind?
  4. Sounds like you woke up late too! Was that a DB our Heaps coat on his back? He made a good move to catch that ball.
  5. I don't understand Miamis call on that at all! You get that close and you just try to run it up the middle.

  7. I think it would be easier to just say that there is someone here that doesn't understand Ravens football and how they win games.
  8. That is not right, not right at all. Wrong!
  9. Don't worry, they will borrow 800 billion dollars to bail out the entertainment industry.
  10. OWINGS MILLS, Md. – First things first: It’s not supposed to be about Cam Cameron. That’s what he wants. When it comes to seeing the Miami Dolphins in the postseason, he’s already taken that bullet, already accepted responsibility for last year’s 1-15 record and moved on with his life as the Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator. So when the questions were resurrected again this week – about feelings of vindication in his coaching abilities, about whether this would be the playoff moment exorcising any remaining gremlins left over from 2007 – Cameron could only give an ever-so-slightly annoyed smile. “You don’t know me very well, do you?” he said. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=AqPY...o&type=lgns

  12. -- Jets Receive Permission to Interview Rex Ryan -- Fri Jan 2, 2009 --from FFMastermind.com The Star Ledger reports the New York Jets have received permission to talk to Baltimore Ravens DC Rex Ryan about their vacant head coaching position, but no interview has been scheduled yet. The Ravens visit Miami in a first-round playoff game Sunday. The Jets will interview in-house candidates OC Brian Schottenheimer and offensive line coach Bill Callahan on Friday and Giants DC Steve Spagnuolo on Saturday.
  13. Peyton Manning voted AP’s NFL MVP NEW YORK (AP)—Peyton Manning can tell Brett Favre to move over and make room for him atop the roster of NFL Most Valuable Players. For the third time, Manning won the award by The Associated Press, tying Favre as the only players in that elite category. The Indianapolis Colts quarterback was a landslide winner Friday in balloting by a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the NFL. Manning also was the league MVP in 2003, when he shared it with Tennessee quarterback Steve McNair, and in 2004. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=Am0Q...p&type=lgns
  14. Happy New Years to all, hope it is a healthy one! Billy I hope your owner can find his brain this year and just step away.
  15. I don't know TC, your talking about almost a full house cleaning with Denver's defense. The Jets have some player on both sides of the ball. Me I would like to see Rex take the Jets job but I think they will be looking for a quick fix. The only fix they need is from the great INT king. I would like to see Shanahan with the Browns, he could also be that quick fix the Jets will be looking for. Shanahan could be good for Brett. I hope the Lions start doing the right thing for uncle Terry!
  16. I am sure he would be one of the happest players on the team if they do win the Super Bowl. Yes he wants to be the star, if you don't want to be you don't belong out there. And I bet he does feel that his season was over with numbers like that. How do we see a top rated back in the NFL? 1000 yards. So even the fans are looking at Willis in another light due to that.
  17. Each and every football player, NBA player, MLB player is about themselfs. It was Ray Lewis before. "If THEY don't want to play ME the right way." Has anyone heard the whole thing on the radio?
  18. -- Jets to Interview Rex Ryan -- Thu Jan 1, 2009 --from FFMastermind.com The Carroll County Times reports the New York Jets plan to interview Baltimore Ravens DC Rex Ryan for their head-coaching vacancy after being granted permission Wednesday. No specific meeting time has been set up yet, but Ryan isn't allowed to be interviewed this week under NFL rules governing assistant coaches as he prepares for Sunday's playoff game against the Miami Dolphins. He could meet with the Jets as soon as next week. The son of former NFL HC Buddy Ryan, Ryan, 46, is the architect of the NFL's second-ranked defense and in-terviewed last year for head-coaching positions with the Ravens, the Atlanta Falcons and the Dolphins. Ryan was promoted to assistant head coach prior to this season. "I think Rex is more than qualified to be a head coach in the NFL," Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome said in a telephone interview. Ravens HC John Harbaugh endorsed Ryan's candidacy Monday, adding that he has talked with Ryan about his prospects and hopes he will remain in Baltimore for a long time. Ryan, who's also expected to emerge as a potential candidate for openings with the Cleveland Browns, St. Louis Rams, Detroit Lions and the Denver Broncos, faces a lot of competition for the Jets' job previously held by HC Eric Mangini.
