ForceEight Posted July 6, 2013 Share Posted July 6, 2013 Come on, candy corn is delicious! Folks as old as you two should be able to appreciate that. Went downtown for the fireworks last night and made the mistake of forgetting that they shoot them off from two different spots. So if you're stuck in a bad place (i.e. between the aquarium and the Torsk) you're only going to see half of a show, and not a very good one at that. cravnravn Posted July 6, 2013 Share Posted July 6, 2013 Its great down here, the Mexicans think the 4th of July starts June 15th, someone always is shooting off fireworks. We spent the entire day on the beach, got there at 7:45 set up shop and stayed there til 3pm.It was great at night, I just got a floating lounge chair for the pool, So I just laid back and watched the folks set off nice fireworks over the lake.
