Most kickers like the extra time to get set. Look at the miss Cundiff had against the Patriots. He blamed it on being too rushed into the kick. He thought Harbs would call a timeout to give him time to get set. How many kicks have you seen missed when a timeout was called just before the snap and then when given a 2nd chance the kicker nails it?
