This is very much a crossroads season for Ravens backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor.

According to BaltimoreRavens.com, head coach John Harbaugh told reporters the club would be seeking to bring in another backup quarterback to supplement — or supplant — Taylor, who is entering the final year of his deal.

The Ravens maintained interest in quarterback Brandon Weeden, who signed earlier this month with the Dallas Cowboys, and Harbaugh said that they’d still like to add a backup behind Joe Flacco. He cited the fact that Tyrod Taylor is a free agent after the 2014 season, and the team has been “disappointed” with how Taylor has played when given a rare opportunity in games.

Does anybody find the fact that the Ravens were interested in WeeDone disheartening?

How about John's vote of no confidence in Taylor?!

Yes. I am surprised they waited this long. They've needed a legit backup for 3-4 years and have been damn lucky Joe has held up for so long.

They've got to address this huge deficiency this Spring.

I have been too, since the first season.....

Hey Max....Harbs said it all very clear, he is good in practice but cannot translate that to the field.....Can you say Kyle Boller !!
