vmax Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 (edited) Can't help it...the Potomac Drainage Basin Indigenous Persons are comming to town. Will the Ravens D make them look ugly too??? The Redskins (7-5) never recovered because they don't have the offense to do so. They've lost three of four -- with all three losses at home and only four touchdowns combined in the four games. After a 6-2 start, they now trail Mexico's Team in the wild-card race. After not throwing an interception in the first eight games of the season, Jason Campbell has thrown four in the last four games. • Clinton Portis was held to a season-low 22 rushing yards. He's been held to fewer than 100 yards in three of his last four games (had five straight 100-yard games prior). Edited December 1, 2008 by vmax Quote
RavenDomination Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 We're catching the Redskins at the right time. Their defense is what scares me most...Flacco is going to have to be careful. Because they're going to play us hard...knowing if they lose their playoffs hopes could be shot. I think we can hold their offense though. Jason Campbell isn't ready to carry a game by himself and will direly need a running game he won't have. Quote
ForceEight Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 Last week, they were calling Arizona Mexico's team. I'm confused. I'm not, however, particularly worried about the Redskins. Quote
vmax Posted December 1, 2008 Author Posted December 1, 2008 Last week, they were calling Arizona Mexico's team. I'm confused. You shouldn't be Force...I've been calling them that for years....with tons of posts to prove it. This isn't the first time the media is wrong or confused. RavenDomination The Indiginous Person have a very stingy defense...they don't give up points either. That's a key match up. The Ravens banged up O line and a rookie QB vs Tonto's Tom-Toms Quote
Guest BallTMore Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 Next Sunday night should be a good test for Joe and the offense. I believe our defense can keep Portis from having a big game, and Campbell along with El and Moss don't really strike fear in my heart. I know they can make plays, but we're usually pretty good against smaller receivers. Can't wait to get to the stadium! It will be awesome if we can put another nail in the Redskins playoff coffin! thundercleetz Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 I do not think we will have a problem with the Skins. We will not dominate them like we have dominated the past two weeks, but we should win this game handedly. Quote
vmax Posted December 1, 2008 Author Posted December 1, 2008 This will be a big test for Flacco. I think he's the Skins key to victory...get him to make the costly turnover because they know they are in for Hell from the Ravens D. They need a short field to win. Thus Joe's big challenge...avoid the costly turnover. Let's have a look at Mount Gaither... Quote
RavensNest8483 Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 Gaither is a freaking stud..... He has been playing banged up this yr and still played solid. Totally forgot about Ogden retiring. He got rolled up pretty bad today it was nice to see him come back out a play later, looked alot worse. I think the ravens run game is missing yanda, but we find ourselve a young rt, our line will be set for yrs. Gaither, Grubbs, Brown, Yanda, Terry.... Terry is solid but is injury prone need to find some young talent, chester has played surprisingly well but he still gets pushed back alot. Quote

How bout the Old Man Willie Anderson..Once again our FO is 2nd to none, hes a nice cornerstone at the guard position. Quote
