TBird Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Drew Brees threw for 450 yds, 3 TDs and 1 INT and stilllost. WoW, just WoW. Who would have thunk it. Our patched up secondary was better than his as Forsett ran for 182 yds and 2 TDs himself. SR caught another one. Ravens ran the clock out in the 4th qtr after getting a 14 pt lead. Brees came back in gravey time for a TD but it was too little too late as JJ caught the on side kick. Will Hill, what a great signing, with an INT and a key break up. All that after a bull shit penalty that gave NO a first down and then then score. Even Gruden said the penalty was BS. The Refs did their part to give them the game all night but Ravens over came them. Did I say WoW, just WoW. Think about this, with 7 wins and winnable games coming up at home vs SD, Jags, and Cleve, Ravens could finish with 11 wins with a road win vs Miami who gave up 39 pts to Denver Sunday and Houston which isn't very good. Just run the ball vs them and stay away from What and we get the 11 wins and POs. That would be something after everything this team went thru since before the season started and losing our best 2 corners and we still beat Brees who had over 400 yds. http://www.baltimoreravens.com/gameday/game/2014/regular12 Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 It looks like Joe and Co along with Kubes did a lot of work during the bye. Quote
TBird Posted November 25, 2014 Author Posted November 25, 2014 Exactly. Man, that bye couldn't have come at a better time but I think NO gets Pissburgh next week and after a bye.Poor Brees. LOL Quote
52isUnstoppable Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 AFCN is absolutely destroying NFCS this year. I think the steelers losing to bucs was the only loss *snicker* Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 The NFCS is the most horrid div I can recall ever. I knew Car and TB would be bad but this whole div just sucks. Quote
RavenMad Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 The NFC East was pretty bad not that many years ago. Was it Seattle who won the division with a losing record? Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Yeah Sea won with 7-9. I think there is a real shot of 5-11 winning the div. That should put you in the top 10 of the draft. Quote
cravnravn Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 The nfcs just might be our friend, that tie by cinncy with Carolina just may benefit us, Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Unless the Ravens and Bungles are tied in wins. Quote
TBird Posted November 26, 2014 Author Posted November 26, 2014 The nfcs just might be our friend, that tie by cinncy with Carolina just may benefit us,It's benefited us already.
