vmax Posted September 17, 2016 Posted September 17, 2016 Clarence was an incredible professional a great D line coach. He represents how football is more than just a business. There is the love of the game, the dedication to greatness and the family bond that is the glue to bonding a team together in their relentless pursuit of perfection.Successful organizations have staff like Clarence. Men who are a cut above, men who "get it." Terrell Suggs: “Clarence Brooks was a rare, special coach. We had a relationship that became more than football; he was family. He was every bit the definition of the word ‘coach.’ He was firm and demanding when he needed to be, but was a father figure and caring at the same time. I will definitely miss my friend.”During Brooks’ tenure (2005-15), the Ravens allowed the NFL’s fewest rushing touchdowns (89), second-fewest points per game (18.9) and the league’s second-fewest rushing yards per game (94.2). In the team’s first 16 years (1996-2011), Baltimore held opponents to under 4.0 yards per rush, ranking as the longest streak in NFL history.http://www.espn.com/blog/baltimore-ravens/post/_/id/30093/longtime-ravens-assistant-clarence-brooks-passes-away Quote

tsylvester Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 a great coach, one I had hoped would get a chance at being a defensive coordinator. He got the most out of everyone he coached. Quote
