vmax Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 (edited) OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Quarterback Joe Flacco was absent from Ravens practice Oct. 19.According John Harbaugh, Flacco has a right shoulder "issue," but the head coach was optimistic about his quarterback's chance to play, even if he doesn't practice all week. That is a likely scenario, since Flacco said the best therapy for the injury is rest."He didn't feel it after the game [against the Giants]," Harbaugh said. "He reported it [to the trainers] on Monday. He had an MRI, and we're just going to see how the thing goes during the week."I don't know what the percentage is, but … I believe he has a legitimate chance to play [against the Jets]."....https://www.pressboxonline.com/2016/10/19/joe-flacco-misses-ravens-practice-with-shoulder-injury Nine Ravens -- 17 percent of their 53-man roster -- didn't practice Wednesday, including QB Joe Flacco (shoulder) Edited October 19, 2016 by vmax Quote
tsylvester Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Flacco just has bursitis, rest, ice, pain meds; easy peasy. But this half the team being injured & or taking longer than players on other teams to return to the field has to make ya wonder. This is not the first year for this. Quote
