vmax Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Fans can put an end to this shit by booing them... Nothing personal, but the last thing I want on my football Sunday, Monday or Thursday is a reminder of labor unrest. I want the NFL, not the NFLPA. I want an escape, not a negotiations seminar. You want to march onto the field, poke your forefingers in the air and act like you work in a Philippines sweatshop? Then do it on your own time. Nobody who pays thousands of hard-earned dollars for those rip-off personal seat licenses comes to games for labor demonstrations.http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/columns/story?page=wojciechowski/100911&sportCat=nfl Quote
Guest BallTMore Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Agreed. I want to watch football. Save the negotiations and statements for when you're off the field. Quote

vmax Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 I'm booing crav if they try that at M&T.They're all getting rich as shit off us....poor, oppressed players. Quote
cravnravn Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 They are definately do it..Dont you remember the old Colts games when there was a contract upcoming, they would all go to midfield and shake hands.. Its the Union Way!!! Quote
ForceEight Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 F*** unions. I'll make sure anyone I know going to the games this year boos it. Quote
deeshopper Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Yeah, unions are great, crav. I just read an article today about the UAW (that's the auto workers union) forcing stay-at-home mothers who run daycares in their own houses, even taking care of their family's kids, to pay them dues. Unbelievable. Quote
cravnravn Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Dee, IF they choose to be in the Union, then yes they are required to pay Union Dues, dont lose sight of the fact that while paying dues the Union member receives benefits.. Was that the article about the mothers in Michigan? Quote
