Expectations for the 2017 NFL season are coming into focus. Scores and Odds recently updated their football gambling futures. Despite the uncertainty surrounding their offense, Las Vegas oddsmakers are showing the Baltimore Ravens an appropriate level of respect.

The Ravens regular season win total is set at nine games. 87-percent of the wagers placed to date for this proposition bet are banking on the under. Around the AFC North, the Steelers win total is set at 10.5, with the Bengals listed at 8.5 and the Browns at 4.5.

With 5-7 odds, Pittsburgh is the favorite to win the division. Baltimore and Cincinnati are next in line at 10-4 and 7-2, respectively. Cleveland is considered an extreme long shot to win the AFC North, they are offered at 100-1.

As for the AFC championship, the Ravens are in the middle of the pack with 15-1 odds to represent the conference in the Super Bowl. This listing puts them in a tie with Indianapolis for seventh best. The top six AFC contenders next season, according to the oddsmakers, are the Patriots, Steelers, Raiders, Texans, Chiefs and Broncos.

Finally, the Ravens odds of winning Super Bowl LII are currently 40-1. The favorites to win the championship are New England, Dallas, Seattle, Green Bay and Atlanta. With Vegas listing Baltimore as the 17th most likely team to hoist the Lombardi, the tradition of underdog Ravens teams should continue in 2017.
