I'm wondering are they going to have the traditional 'State of the Ravens' press conference or do they not want to face all the disenchantment? So far as I know it has always been done before the Florida meeting.

So far the press has not been willing to ask really hard questions so I am sure they will have a regular SOTR.

They do it after that meeting.

Right now they are practicing how they will walk into that meeting announcing no changes except 1.

There will be a new mascot next year until they get their swagger back.
