WTF Happened to this "Best young o-line in the NFL?"

 

I dont pin anything on Joe with this loss, that O-Line was terrible. Oher was bitched by the old man Abraham time and time again.

Last years line was better with Gaither, Grubbs, Birk, Yanda and Oher. Slidding Yanda over and adding Chester to RG is a downgrade.

 

The O line play for both teams was a major difference in this game. Ryan had time to throw...Joe was pressured.

LT; Gaither in pass protection better than Oher, runblocking Oher the better, overall the same.

LG; Grubbs the same.

C; Birk over the hill.

RG; Yanda much better than Chester.

RT; Oher much better than Yanda.

Backup; Chester much better than who ever.

 

The pass protection is okay but the runninggame lacks a lot of power in the short yardage situations.

I cant agree here Geo, Joe had no time when he got the ball..We need to sign Gaither and put him back at LT and Oher back at at RT..Oher looked lost night, I mean Abraham was good...5 years ago.

Cravn.. There is no doubt in my mind it is wrong to let Gaither go. Will they bring him back? I doubt, so Oher stepp up, also in pass protection!

If they can get Harewood going it will make things much better. They better draft a center soon. Birk is only OK and Chester is at best OK at RG but do you want to see Chris at center?
