Are you really trying to use the fact that he's good enough to orchestrate blowouts against him? You're not even right about them blowing everyone out. The "scandal" hit it's peak right before the Georgia game. They had to come back from a 21-7 deficit in that game. The next week he led them back from a 24 point deficit against the defending national champions on their home field. Playing clutch football with all those distractions shows great resolve on his part. Newton put the team on his back in both of those games. That's the douchebags running the big training gigs that are geared for combine performance (and not actual NFL performance, hence guys like DHB and Gholston) whining about it.
