They need to do something, they just signed a new CBA, & their doing a terrible job this year.

That was my way of thinking when they hired the replacements. Sure they screwed up but so do these guys who are the best. Start using technology to take their decision making away. Also make the rules more streamlined so they dont have to make so many decisions.
