tsylvester Posted May 6 Posted May 6 I don't watch a lot of pod casts, but this one had a portion of an interview Todd did, they used a questionnhe was asked about Lamar in the redzone. His answer was excellent https://www.youtube.com/live/RcYJs_B2kYs?si=SagCmxjPiuh-3Q3b Quote
oldno82 Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Yeah, pretty good stuff. I would have liked to heard an answer from Todd on why they ditched the run in the Championship game even outside the redzone, especially as to who was calling the plays most of the time. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted May 7 Posted May 7 I’m thinking he doesn’t want to throw his qb under the bus. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted May 8 Posted May 8 That is as opposed as his boss who accepts no responsibility. Quote
tsylvester Posted May 8 Author Posted May 8 Lamar says he has lost a lot of weight, down to 205, he should be back to his quickster self. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10120245-ravens-lamar-jackson-says-hes-lost-25-pounds-since-2022-season-down-to-205 I hope so, he did look a little slow last year, whether that was weight or him not wanting to risk injury by putting the pedal to the floor.. oldno82 Posted May 8 Posted May 8 I saw that article too. 230 was definitely too heavy for him. 205 might be too light. Seems like he ought to be around 210-215. Hopefully he is getting good advice from our trainers. He did look a step slower last year, but frankly, I don't want my $250million QB running a lot anyway. Quote
