tsylvester Posted Saturday at 11:37 AM Posted Saturday at 11:37 AM Let's see if the players can keep improving, better offensive line play, more pressure on the qb, solid covers, return game, field goals & extra pts. Healthy Quote
papasmurfbell Posted Saturday at 02:20 PM Posted Saturday at 02:20 PM I’m missing the whole thing. Going to the moco fair for demolition derby tonight. Quote
tsylvester Posted Saturday at 03:34 PM Author Posted Saturday at 03:34 PM That will be a blast, enjoy papa Quote
oldno82 Posted Saturday at 07:19 PM Posted Saturday at 07:19 PM My cable is working now so I’m recording it. I want to see an improvement in Rush’s passing game but without a running game he may be running a lot for his life. I don’t see Henry, Hill or probably even Mitchell playing tonight to take some of the pressure off the pass protection. I also want to see Green have a good night along with the rest of the D. But most of all, no injuries! Quote
tsylvester Posted Saturday at 11:38 PM Author Posted Saturday at 11:38 PM The punt team was able to pin the Cowboys at their six, where a few fine defensive plays later, Martin sprinted in untouched, unseen, for a sack- safety A terrific drive by the offense, that saw Walker continue to shine, 5 catches, 47 yards in the first quarter, several of those tough catches. 2 dropped passes by players likely to stay on special teams, one at the 3 yard line, that was likely a touchdown and we get Loop kicking a short field goal. 5-0 Ravens Quote
tsylvester Posted Saturday at 11:46 PM Author Posted Saturday at 11:46 PM Welp, a quick out to Wester, gets picked and returned for 6, pass was there, Wester never turned around. 7-5 Boys Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:08 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:08 AM Ravens, get a gift on a tough catch by Wade that should have been incomplete, get a 1st down at the Cowboy 4, Ali up the middle for no gain Ravens have out gained the Boys so far 165 to -5, yes, minus 5 yards for Dallas through 1 quarter Ali 2 carries up the middle only able to get to the 3, 3rd and goal Right side for Ali, gets to the 1, 4th and goal, Harbs going for it Rush rolls right, pumps, hits Keith Kirkwood for a touchdown Ravens! 12-7 Ravens 9:49 to play,, 1st half Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:11 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:11 AM In the, the guy cant stay healthy department, Isaac is down after the kickoff that was returned to the 35. He did walk off under his power Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:17 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:17 AM Cowboys drive stalls just past the 50, they go for it on 4th and a long 1, looks like the Ravens stoned them, but virtual measurement = longer and I don't trust it, Ravens take over Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:28 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:28 AM A promising start to the series saw Walker make another nice grabs for 15 yards, stalls after some poor blocking by the line and a penalty for being lined up wrong. Loop with a 51 yard field goal dead center and we'll up the uprights! 15-7 Ravens 3:52 left in the half Milton has missed several throws to open recievers Big pressure by the Ravens defense, forces Milton to run for his life and throw it away. Punt forces a fair catch Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:32 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:32 AM 2:21 left Smoke screen to Wade who made a nifty 1 handed catch then took off like a shot for 15 yards taking is to the 2 min warning Complete to Kolar for 8 Pass over the middle to Ali, right through this hands to a Dallas defender at the Ravens 45 Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:34 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:34 AM Milton goes deep to the endzone, Lowery picks it off! Ravens get it back Looks like the Ravens are gonna run the half out Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:35 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:35 AM Check check, pass to Kolar for 8, time out 43 seconds left Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 12:41 AM Author Posted Sunday at 12:41 AM Pass to Wade who scoots for 11 and gets out of bounds Trying for Wester again deep down the right sideline, not even close, Wester gets no separation and cant find the ball Pass over the middle to Johnson for 7, time out 24 seconds 3rd and 4 From the 50 Rush scrambles, hits Miller deep down the right sideline, who rolls out of bounds, time runs out, but the Operator never stopped the clock 16 seconds left, 29 of Dallas. Pass complete to Miller again on a short crosser for 7, time out, 9 seconds left 42 yard field goal by Fruity Loops is dead center 18-7 Ravens half time Quote
oldno82 Posted Sunday at 05:36 AM Posted Sunday at 05:36 AM D was solid...Walker is a keeper and should get some playing time with the ones..Loop looked like a veteran pro kicker tonight...Rush was mostly crisp...all in all a very good pre-season game. Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 11:16 AM Author Posted Sunday at 11:16 AM Yep, a solid game all around, I believe relatively healthy. Quote
tsylvester Posted Sunday at 09:20 PM Author Posted Sunday at 09:20 PM "He will be the kicker,” Harbaugh said, via the team’s website. “He has earned it, and he’ll get another chance to get back out there next week and kick some more and just keep improving. But, I just appreciate the fact that he wants to make them all, but he had a good night." https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/john-harbaugh-tyler-loop-will-be-our-kicker Quote
oldno82 Posted yesterday at 03:56 AM Posted yesterday at 03:56 AM He was indeed impressive. And Cooper Rush had some good moments too. I think he could lead the team in a pinch and I feel more comfortable with him after last night's game. Ditto for Ali. Quote
