My cable is working now so I’m recording it. I want to see an improvement in Rush’s passing game but without a running game he may be running a lot for his life. I don’t see Henry, Hill or probably even Mitchell playing tonight to take some of the pressure off the pass protection. I also want to see Green have a good night along with the rest of the D.

 

But most of all, no injuries!

The punt team was able to pin the Cowboys at their six, where a few fine defensive plays later, Martin sprinted in untouched, unseen, for a sack- safety

A terrific drive by the offense, that saw Walker continue to shine, 5 catches, 47 yards in the first quarter, several of those tough catches.

2 dropped passes by players likely to stay on special teams, one at the 3 yard line, that was likely a touchdown and we get Loop kicking a short field goal.

Ravens, get a gift on a tough catch by Wade that should have been incomplete, get a 1st down at the Cowboy 4, Ali up the middle for no gain

Ravens have out gained the Boys so far 165 to -5, yes, minus 5 yards for Dallas through 1 quarter 

Ali 2 carries up the middle only able to get to the 3, 3rd and goal

Right side for Ali, gets to the 1, 4th and goal, Harbs going for it

Rush rolls right, pumps, hits Keith Kirkwood for a touchdown Ravens!

Cowboys drive stalls just past the 50, they go for it on 4th and a long 1, looks like the Ravens stoned them, but virtual measurement = longer and I don't trust it, Ravens take over

A promising start to the series saw Walker make another nice grabs for 15 yards, stalls after some poor blocking by the line and a penalty for being lined up wrong. 

Loop with a 51 yard field goal dead center and we'll up the uprights!

D was solid...Walker is a keeper and should get some playing time with the ones..Loop looked like a veteran pro kicker tonight...Rush was mostly crisp...all in all a very good pre-season game.

Yep, a solid game all around, I believe relatively healthy.

"He will be the kicker,” Harbaugh said, via the team’s website. “He has earned it, and he’ll get another chance to get back out there next week and kick some more and just keep improving. But, I just appreciate the fact that he wants to make them all, but he had a good night."

He was indeed impressive. And Cooper Rush had some good moments too. I think he could lead the team in a pinch and I feel more comfortable with him after last night's game.
