Well, he's been injured for 22 games over the last 2 years and has only 3 sacks so far this year, so I dunno.

The thought is, now that he is fully healthy and in the right system, he will get back to the way he was his rookie and soph years, only more experienced and get you 10-12 sacks. 

His win rates are way up, but a lack of sacks is more to do with a bad secondary allowing the qbs to escape a sack by getting rid of the ball in time.

Unlike the slub the Ravens traded to the Chargers, Phillips is much more polished
