I just found out that WBAL-TV is streaming this on their website tomorrow rather than broadcasting it like I thought. So, if you're interested in seeing it, fire up your internet tomorrow at 11:30am and go to their website. I'm guessing that maybe the Ravens website might have it too.

A really good press conference, you can see thr spark in his eyes, the hunger, gonna stress fundamentals, team work, when you out those two together you get swarm, I like that mentality a lot.

He plans on calling the defense.

Various thoughts:

He was impressive and I'm glad he's going to be calling the plays because that is one of his major strengths. I think he'll turnaround the D. Now he has to hire an offensive coordinator who can do the same for that side of the ball.

If he can turn around the Ravens' defense as fast as he did the Chargers, we should be able to compete with anybody next season.

And, I like how he plans to use Kyle Hamilton.

I'm really anxious to see who he picks as OC.
