cravnravn Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Baked Dolphin 1/2 ounce garlic butter 8 ounces dolphin fillet Sprinkle of Lemon pepper 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 1/2 ounce white wine 1 ounce unmelted butter 1 teaspoon fresh dill or dill weed 2 ounces vegetable broth Place dolphin in a baking pan on top of the garlic butter. Add lemon pepper, lemon or lime juice, soy sauce and white wine. Divide the unmelted butter into four pieces and put on top of the fish. Cover the fish with dill weed. Add vegetable broth until it covers 3/4 of the dolphin. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove fish from pan. Reduce the liquid to half volume and pour it back over the dolphin. GRILLED TUNA STEAKS 4 fresh tuna steaks 1 bottle Italian dressing (I use Zesty Italian) Salt & pepper Marinate tuna steaks with whole bottle of Italian dressing for 3 to 4 hours. Place on hot grill and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill approximately 10 minutes each side until done. It will flake easily when fully cooked. Great in summer with green beans and salad! Serves 4. Wash it down with beverage of choice, mine will be Coors Light.. What a better way to spend a Football Sunday. Quote
vmax Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 (edited) Shouldn't the baking instructions read... Place dolphins in a baking pan in a stadium of apathetic fans. Add Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Haloti Ngata, and Terrell Suggs. Add a football and a hint of playoff blood. Flacco it into four pieces . Cover the fish with holiday Ravens defense sauce.. Bake at 1350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove fish carcas from pan. Feed to dog. Edited January 4, 2009 by vmax Quote
STLRaven Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 I'm manning up on my staples: tons of cheap beer and chicken wings. Quote
