oldno82 Posted yesterday at 02:17 AM Posted yesterday at 02:17 AM Interesting...all four teams in the AFC North have below .500. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted yesterday at 03:42 AM Posted yesterday at 03:42 AM I think the north is made up of mediocre teams. Quote

papasmurfbell Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago No. Good teams the ravens sucked against last yr. The bad teams they got fat on. I still see this team a bit worse than 25. Not all divisions have 4 mediocre teams. There usually is at least 1 that is good. Quote
oldno82 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago It's going to difficult to handicap this year's team because the coaching has all changed and so has the offensive scheme that will now have more of a West Coast flavor to it. It will be an interesting training camp and pre-season this year especially with all the new blood coming in vying for a job. As for NFL mediocrity, it exists and it's real. That's been the goal of the NFL for 2 decades now and they have pretty much achieved it. Sure there's a few teams that are better than others and, yes the Ravens didn't play well against the stronger teams last year. But, that was last year and we can hope that Minter and his staff and all the new blood will make a difference. If it doesn't, we might as well have kept Harbaugh on and I don't think you would have been happy with that either. Quote
tsylvester Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago 3 new head coaches in the AFC North make it a blind turkey shoot to see who wins or has a winning record. Will Cincy, the only team not to change head coaches, finally find a defense and even start fast? Or at least start above 500? Will Pitt and Cleveland find a decent qb? Can the Ravens fix their line issues to give Lamar time to fart let alone throw? Yeah, a lot of questions in the North, but how long will Mahomes be out? Will Vrabel’s issues off of the field, who's the daddy, affect the Pats on the field? Can the Chargers stop being the Chargers of yester-year, and finally put together a winning season rather than doing their best to lose at the end? Until we know the answers to these and many more questions, the league is once again wide open Quote
