Cancer has ended the career of a bmore and broadcasting icon. I always respected his point of view. I will miss his show.

That has been truly tragic and sad...I just lost my FIL to the same..

I never liked the show enough to listen but I heard decent amounts when sitting in traffic jams waiting for traffic reports. I respected him and liked that he could disagree with others and do so civilly. I also liked how his viewpoints were his own and he didn't completely toe a party line.
