This is all there is for now...

But this one certainly came at a cost, with the Ravens losing several key contributors throughout the game. Right guard Marshal Yanda left the game in the first half with a chest injury and did not return. Starting cornerback Cary Williams sustained a concussion late in the second quarter and did not return. Wide receiver and kick returner David Reed was helped to the locker room after returning the opening kickoff of the second half and never returned. And reserve linebacker Dannell Ellerbe was also taken to the locker room with what appeared to be a head injury.

Baltimore suffered three injuries that forced players out of the game.

Starting cornerback Cary Williams has a concussion. Right guard Marshal Yanda has a rib contusion (bruise). Wide receiver and return specialist David Reed has a serious knee injury.

That’s not all. Inside linebacker Dannell Ellerbe also has a concussion. Inside linebacker Jameel McClain came out briefly with a shoulder stinger, but did return.

Add it all up and it’s not what the Ravens wanted heading into a pivotal regular-season finale in Cincinnati next Sunday.

Yanda suffered his injury when trying to cut Browns defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin in the second quarter. He said he took a knee right to the ribs. Yanda went in for X-rays, but he said they were inconclusive.

“I’m in bad pain, otherwise I would have never come out,” said Yanda, who is well-known as one of the team’s toughest players. “It’s pretty bad. I just had real bad trouble breathing.”
