Here's a few interesting stories from the Raverns website...

While Ravens players have gotten a little time off to rest and take care of Super Bowl family obligations, coaches have been in the labs at Owings Mills, Md.

Two weeks until the Super Bowl means more time to prepare for the San Francisco 49ers.

And with extra time, Head Coach John Harbaugh, his staff and players have never lost.

They’ve won every regular-season opener in five years. They’ve won every time following a bye. They won when they had a first-round bye in last year’s playoffs.

John Harbaugh showed Thursday that he can still get the best of his parents.

During a national conference call with parents Jack and Jackie Harbaugh, and sister Joani Crean, the family got a question from “John from Baltimore.”

“Is it true that both of you like Jim better than John?” the caller asked the two parents.

After an audible groan of frustration from Jackie and a few seconds of silence, suddenly Joani realized something was up and recognized her brother’s voice.

“Is that John Harbaugh?” Jack excitedly asked, which brought out big laughs from the Ravens coach and his family.

“Mom was ready to come right through this phone,” Jack said. “I’m so happy that Joani recognized your voice!”

Think what you want about Cam Cameron, but the interview with the New York Times about his dismissal from the Baltimore Ravens shows the kind of man he is.

Cameron spoke for the first time since he was fired on Dec. 10, and he’s doing just fine.

He understands why the Ravens fired him, and even supports the move.

It was a brilliant move,” Cameron said Wednesday at his home outside Baltimore. “Everyone on the team took a look in the mirror after that.”

Cameron feels the improvement is because the move put everybody on alert, something the players said themselves in the days afterwards.

“We were inconsistent, and if I’m in charge, I’m saying: ‘Why are we inconsistent? We need to get the team’s attention.”

Thanks to Baltimore Ravens punter Sam Koch, Nebraska's Super Bowl streak lives on.

According to Dan Apple, the assistant director of communications for Florida's football program who has compiled the data, at least one former Cornhusker has been on one of the teams in the big game for each of the past 20 years. That is the longest streak by any college in the country.

The streak has nearly been shattered in each of the past three seasons, as just one player on either team was a former Cornhusker. In 2011 it was Green Bay Packers running back Brandon Jackson. The next year it was New York Giants cornerback Prince Amukamara, and now it's Koch.

Who is No. 2? Purdue and Notre Dame are tied with a 14-year streak. In terms of overall participation, Penn State leads the way. A former Nittany Lion has competed in 42 of the 47 Super Bowls, with 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman being this year's representative. Not bad, Big Ten.

Via Game On!, here's a complete list of the former Nebraska Cornhuskers to be on Super Bowl teams during the past 20 years.
