Honestly is there anything this franchise can do right? Isn't it clear that wholesale changes in culture are needed?
Time and again this team drafts at the top of the list, they miss....alot! When they do hit, they squander their talents and force them into retirement. How is this running an NFL franchise???
Marvin oh Marvin, why oh why did you agree to more years with this franchise??? You had to of known about all this! There's no way you could have missed ALL of the problems.

People need to not just look at or draft due to playing ability but to character issues. When they draft or look at players these days.

We do well at beating the Ravens. Once last year, and twice the year before. You need to check yourself before you wreck yourself, and don't give me some "Holier than thou" stance. Your players over the years have given the Ravens a few black eyes of their own.
