Isn't it clear that wholesale changes in culture are needed? Time and again this team drafts at the top of the list, they miss....alot! When they do hit, they squander their talents and force them into retirement. How is this running an NFL franchise??? Marvin oh Marvin, why oh why did you agree to more years with this franchise???
