How is this thread still alive?
-
On the site via the web. All it seems to really do is give you XP (experience points? I've never figured this out). But, you can also unlock content for the console game (like bonuses for outfitting your ship).

That's what Initiates is for.

Fun times. So much ahead. This is the first AC I've really continued playing after I finished the game. IMO, the achievement tasks (treasure chests and memories) are more obtainable since you don't have to buy the maps for them. Just beat the forts, and they're revealed in the quadrant around that fort. Only one time have a tried to take on a legendary ship and it was pointless. So, that forced me to do the treasure map side missions to get the ship upgrade plans. There's definitely a lot to do.

They only really pull you out two, maybe three times. I still haven't finished all of the Abstergo stuff, but it isn't as much work as previous games. There's really only one mission. The side missions are to find these blue sticky notes and hack computers.

Prove it.

The very nature of the fine indicates that the league views Tomlin's actions are more egregious than those of Alosi.

You can if you want to go to jail. Don't kill the ecosystem, Crav.

Now Snyder is pissing off other franchises

That was one of the dumbest end of game I've seen.

PS4 is disc-based right? I really wish they would make cross-platform games. It would certainly have the potential to open up the online gaming for each console.

The shark button series is standard; like fighting all the other animals. But, as far as I know, there's no way to kill the sharks. Your other observations are interesting.
-
Yeah, I don't really like that part. It seems like down is up, and up is stay still. Ugh. And technically, you don't fight the sharks, they just sort of destroy you and you have to find a hiding place in between their attacks. Oh, and some of the smuggler's dens are in underwater caves. Fun.

I downloaded the Black Flag app. I left like I was playing on steroids. It was nice though, that I could make money in the game while not being at home, though.

Hadn't heard of it, but I just joined using my UPlay account. Looks cool though with different missions. It connects with your platform game to automatically keep track. While I finished the game, I've gone back to complete all the side missions, etc. It's a real pain in the butt, but I hear there's some Abstergo stuff that happens that I haven't seen yet.

The San Diego Chargers completed the biggest upset of the NFL's wild-card round, but one man in Pennsylvania is determined to challenge their viability in the playoffs. Daniel L. Spuck of Mercer, Pa., has filed a motion against the NFL to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania for "a temporary emergency injunction" on the basis that the Chargers should not have been in the postseason because of a missed call in the Week 17 game between San Diego and Kansas City. The filing came before the first round of the playoffs. Officials in that game failed to call an illegal alignment formation on the Chargers that would have allowed Kansas City kicker Ryan Succop a re-kick of a 41-yard field goal he missed with eight seconds remaining. Had he made the kick, San Diego's loss would have sent the Pittsburgh Steelers to the postseason as the final wild-card team. Former Ravens running back Damien Berry, who spent the 2012 season on injured reserve before being released prior to the 2013 season, is selling his Super Bowl XLVII championship ring. And former Ravens linebacker Jamie Sharper is selling his Super Bowl XXXV championship ring. The online auction includes over a dozen championship rings, including former Baltimore Colts defensive back and kick returner Leonard Lyles' 1958 NFL championship ring. "This is a rare opportunity for a fan or a collector to own a Super Bowl ring less than a year after it was earned and one from a landmark NFL game," said Ken Goldin in a news release. "NFL Championship rings and Super Bowl player rings are coveted by collectors because it is rare for them to become available. That is why we are so excited to offer these unique finds in our 2014 winter auction." The news release also lists running back Jamal Lewis' Super Bowl trophy from the 2000 season. I've edited the title. The "Fa" was really bothering me. Unfortunately, I can't change it on Facebook.

His team's offensive line looks better than the Ravens.
