Every quarterback has picks that didn't happen, just like they all have great passes that are dropped. What also isn't factored into the equations are the times a qb has to throw the ball away because of a lack of time or great coverage

Yes, things get testy at camp, especially when it is a joint practice. I applaud Nate for coming to his teammates side. However, throwing punches on a football field with helmets on, larger men, starting a brawl, is not the smart play. Per PFF. I doubt many of their stats, but this one stands out as true as we all say last year. Having a running qb helps a ton, add in a back like Henry, and quick, speedy wide outs = touchdown more times than not in the redzone.

The Ravens waived undrafted kicker John Hoyland on Saturday, leaving Loop as the only kicker remaining in camp. He has 1 or 2 more good years left, especially if Stewart works out. That will help him go against tightends, much easier to beat when pass rushing.

I agree about the cap. But how many times have we seen a player get paid top dollar one year, then watch another player get more, only to have player A comeback a year later, 2 years later and want more? Maybe Jerry just wants to make sure his player is the highest at a position. I do agree, that team is soft, so much talent and even when healthy they cant win anything. Been that way for decades, since their last super bowl.

Just typical plays by the players to get their money. Like a certain Browns' player who "wanted out" until he got his money... Jerry is playing this smart. Had he signed Mincah last year, Parsons would still hold out to get more money this year after the other ends got paid more

Yeah, Loop has clearly out kicked him both in close, save for a day of left bubbles, and especially in distance. I'm sure they will bring in another leg, no sense wearing him out.

Brent Urban is back, good guy, may be on his last legs, but the guy never quits.

With Rush at qb, a much, much better passer than any of the previous backups the Ravens have had, I expect some real good plays from the wide outs. He throws excellent deep passes

Baltimore Ravens veteran linebacker Kyle Van Noy thinks they may have landed a gem in the 2025 NFL Draft. Van Noy believes Ravens second-round rookie linebacker Mike Green is going to be very successful at the next level. "He's going to be really good," Van Noy said. "You can see the quick twitch. You can see the skills. These kids that are coming into the NFL, the skills that they have at the pass-rush technique, their technique is already really, really high level. Now, it's just getting the execution with the elite tackles. The tackles in college are going to be way better than the NFL; they're really good at their craft. So, you can see he has a bright future." Green, the No. 59 overall pick in this year's draft, is clearly very talented after leading all FBS players with 17 sacks last season at Marshall. However, he does have some off-the-field concerns. If Green can avoid being a further distraction, he has the chance to make an immediate impact as a rookie. Some even think he could put together a NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year-caliber campaign in 2025. "Winning DROY has proven extremely elusive for players picked outside of Round 1. DeMeco Ryans and Shaquille Leonard — both linebackers selected early in Round 2 — are the only guys who have accomplished the feat in the last 20 years," Dan Parr of NFL.com wrote. "Green is somewhat of a unique case, though, as he was widely considered a top-20 talent but fell all the way to Baltimore late in Round 2 amid questions about two sexual assault allegations."
