Hamilton is heading for xrays.. not good on a non contact injury to the knee
-
Oh and my wifi works wonderful, anywhere in the house, up load or down load, no matter how many of us ate using it, go comcast
-
Rain and no light rail has not damped the crowd
Run off the left gets 3, Hamilton is hurt with 3 seconds left in the 1st
Looks like his left leg, walks off under his own power, end of 1st quarter
-
That is a play Todd ran often in Georgia getting his tightend wide open for easy scores.
-
7-3 Ravens with 25 seconds left in the 1st quarter
-
Sorry, had to pause the game for a break in the rain. After a 17 yard catch & run, the defense had enough. A quick pass for 5 where Hamilton knocked Puka, not Pikachu, into next year, they force and incomplete pass then Madebeke gets a sack to force a punt.
Good return sets Ravens up at their 34
Run off the right nets Mitchel 6
Mitchel stumbles through the A gap for a gain of 7
Likely wide open, runs 54 yards for a touchdown Ravens! Stanely is out by the way, Mekari in for him
-
Steps up in the pocket, throws one deep to a double covered Bateman who got behind, too far.
Another pass, Lamar sacked.
Jeepers, just freaking run! Avoids a sack nicely, but can't, nay, won't run away from another one and throws it away.
Good punt by Stout down to their 10, fair catch
Lamar had room to run if he had taken off, easy first down
-
Kick off is a touchback
Lamar plenty of time, Flowers late, incomplete had Bateman open deep
All day again, flips one to Obj who makes a great adjustment to the poorly thrown pass for 15

I hate CBS coverage. I recently heard CBS might be out of the NFL bidding. They dont have the cash for the rights. I just dont know who would grab the rights for the AFC.
I prefer CBS, better camera coverage, ABC/ESPN, Disney will pick it up, which sucks..

Well, the vaunted run defense was no where to be found, atheist the pass coverage in the redzone was solid.
Now can the offense keep their 2nd drive alive...
-
First pass was rushed, incomplete, 2nd and goal from the 10
Pass again, too far into the corner, incomplete good coverage by Hamilton
Blitz forces a throw away.
Thankfully they stopped running, settle for 3, 27 yard attempt is good, 3-0 Rams, 5:35 left in the 1st quarter
-
All runs so far, time to step up defense, don't get lulled
Another run off the right, gain of 3, plus 15 for a face mask
Run up the middle again, runs over Williams, gain of 12
-
Run off the right guard gets 5
Run off the left guard, gets 10
He bounces to the right for a gain of 4
Another big gain off the right guard, nice cut back for 10
Gain of 3
End around gets 8 more
-
Nice swing pass to Mitchel who gets to top speed quickly for 9
Naked boot, pass to Likely for a catch & run for 7
Mitchel to the right gets 1, 3rd and 2
Gus up the middle looked good but stopped short 4th and a long 1.
Good punt by Stout to the Rams 20, excellent coverage, 4 yard at best, return
-
Mistake #1, returning the kick from 6 yards deep in the endzone. Special teams once again make a mistake
Nice run by Gus off the left side from their own 15, for 3 yards
-
Boo, hiss, Fox has the game.. oy
-
2 hands on the ball, don't fight for extra yards, the water will soften the fall, so hang onto the ball at all costs
-
Sometimes it is just a case of needing a fresh start. As for the linemen, the team was never big on paying large sums to interior players, centers, guards.
Now, Ozzie did screw up with some of his offensive linemen signings, Searcy, Swayne come to mind. Yes, letting Jensen walk was another mistake.
It was not all motivation from the coach or lack there of, it was a front office decision.
Had the front office made better choices on the line, the Ravens might have repeated back in 2000, 2001.

Lamar took some Tums, full participant at practice today, full of joy & enthusiasm. They got him some duck arm floats for the game Sunday
-
Man, the close we get, the worse the weather looks. Calling for down pours for most, if not all of the game.
Ball security is really going to play a roll in this game, hand offs, carrying the ball, catching it, even punts will be tricky to catch.
-
Their offensive ineptitude is catching up with them.... boom another loss to a 2 win team
-
He ate spicy food again, that IBS has to be taken seriously......
-
No, the play would be legal, if they outlaw the sneak like this one. It is similar to the fake spike and throw.
Frankly, they can't without making it illegal to aid a runner, and they will not go back to that. This is just the blow yards sounding off.

I highly doubt that either coach is going to be a head coach next year. It is a nice thought I suppose, but very, very unlikely.
Why? Well Mike Mc has only been an NFL DC for 2 years, yes, he has done a great job but has very little coaching experience in the league, even in college for that matter.
Monken, so far yes, he is doing a pretty good job so far, still in his first year back in the league. But then, look what he has to work with, and even then, there are a number of plays each game that make one scratch their head and think, what was he thinking calling that play....
Harbs too, seems to really be enjoying coaching, outside of one more Super Bowl win, I doubt he is hanging it up any time soon
Rams coming to town

Quick snap, false start, back em up 5
2nd and goal from the 7
Pass, no one open, he throws it away
