  1. Help! They are melting! Whitehead cut after his meltdown on twitter, racist rant at fans for telling him he is playing poorly....
  2. Max, you epitomize Icarus, But now, this team is ready to take on the league, 4-4 the rest of the way wins the div, from there, anything is possible!
  3. Turnovers allowed the Pats to stay in the game, they also sealed their fate. Jones is a liability on punt returns, if he isn't fumbling he is making poor choices on whether to field or return the punt. Ingram is a beast but another fumble, his average of 2 per season ao hopefully that will not be an issue going forward. Hurry up has always haunted this defense, in my opion that doesn't just go to depth/ conditioning, but also game management; use a time out to help them gather them selves. But then Harbs struggles with game management. 4-4 in the redzone thanks to a penalty on one drive. I know the league tells the officials to keep their flags in theor socks, still, 4 penalties is outstanding for this team, Pats had 7... So now this game means nothing if they don't build on it; sit Carr as often as possible, he still can't cover; no awareness, no route recognition...
  4. Ok, big win, huge win, two big wins in a row, 4 game winning streak. Everyone knows how good this team, offense, defense, special teams, CAN play. I hope they enjoy the win today and build upon it; mistakes will happen, but too many, especially the same mistakes, over & over will kill this team. So they did their homework with their homework buddies, keep studying. Don't get so high on your selves that your wings melt against the hot sun. We saw this the past few years, especially on defense when they proclaimed themselves the greatest defense, only to then fold late in games, late in the season. The only thing that can stop this team is this team; overconfidence is like rust, it will eat away everything. Never thought 6-2 at this point; so why not us?
  5. Well, well, well..... I have yet to watch the game, just the high lights on Espn.... But 37 mins in time of possession! Whoop, whoop! That is how you play like a Raven. Oldno, we have seen Lamar many times in the past, Randal Cunningham, Steve Young, Warren Moon, Mike Vick, I could go on. However, all of them were forced into being pocket passers, into the NFL system. No one tried to take their college games and mesh them with the NFL game. Vick did this the closest, but the Falcons never tried to incorporate the plays from college; Vick ran to save his life. Now, Lamar has to and his receivers too, develope a true passing game, but based on his stats last night, it was spot on against the fake greatest defense, ever... Not even in the league, did anyone notice what SD did to Rogers? Wow...
  6. Bundle up Max, it's going to be very chilly there tonight. I hate that this is a night game, I'll have to record it and watch it tomorrow.... I still feel that this Pats team is not the Pats of old, because they are old. Respect only goes so far, the Saints respected the name of the Ravens defense last year here; they did not play their normal game style and it almost and should have cost them the victory. I say that hoping the Ravens have learned a lesson not just from that game, but from the San Diego game, the KC game and the Browns game; all loses because they, the Ravens, were too self respecting, over confident and either had no respect or too much respect for the other team. So get over the respect for the Pats, play the Ravens game, a slug fest, 8 min drives, don't panic if or when the Pats go on an 8 min drive; this is a game management game Harbs; timeouts will be key, discipline paramount, lay an egg, just builds the fake narrative of the Pats this year. Win, and expose them for who we know they are and, gain the confidence bridaled with humility to build on not just this season, but many to come....
  7. I was just reading about it & about to post.
  8. Put on IR, C-3,4 or 5 bulging disk, retire or have the surgery, Peyton tried to play after the surgery, didn't go so well for him, even though they won a Super Bowl....
  9. Trick or treat smell my feet give the defense Tom Brady to eat! I'm stoopid I know, but I think the Ravens will take this, Brady is an iceberg in the pocket and while the defense is lacking in sacks, some of that is because they have played some seriously mobile quarterbacks; they have gotten a lot of pressure on the pocket. So I think if the secondary can take away his quick read: slants/outs, and the backers going wide on 3rd & shorts to take out the slants, deep drops to take out the deep crossings, this pass rush will get home, often. Roman knows the only way to stop the Lamar running show; he faced it last year against the Chargers; he should know how to fix it. Lamar has another 100 x100 game..... Ravens win, by 10
  10. Just throw Tom from the train! Take away his quick release valve. In every game, Mister Pur-fect has thrown one to the other team, catch it. He can't run, so just push the pocket up the middle, let the ends collapse onto him. It sounds simple, because it is; trust your homework buddy!
  11. This team is not a super bowl winning team. In fact, there may be only 1 or two, perhaps 3 teams that are really good, good enough to win it all. In past years, there was a clear delineation between the true super bowl contenders, 3 or 4 in each conference, but this year, as the season goes on, if you watch each undefeated, one loss team, you can see they have holes, large holes in their games. NE- can't run the ball, despite the numbers, can't stop the run either. GB- suspect secondary, prone to big plays, can't run consistently, nor stop the run effectively. NO, their offensive line is playing well, but they give up a lot of pressures. Their defense is also prone to big plays. KC, can't stop the run, no defensive depth makes them peone to tiring out in the secondary. Sanfran- really? Their offense is terrible, their qb has almost as many picks as touchdown passes. Their defense can be run on and they too lack depth. The Colts, solid yet not spectacular, not dominate, good line play on both sides of the ball, but they can struggle to run and stop the run... Sound familiar? Just like the Ravens, right? Lack depth, prone to big plays on defense, yadda, yadda, yadda..... So, why not us?
  12. We are not worthy!
  13. So far mum is the word.. Tick tock moves the trade clock.... Sometimes not making a move is the right move...
  14. To Phins, freeing up cap space... Plus a 5th round pick for a future pick from the Phins...
  15. Finely to take over, per NFL dot com
  16. Some names floating around, Vic Beasley, Ryan Kerrigan, of course Vonn Miller. The later I would hope they don't get, he is lost most of the games, especially when you need a sack most.
  17. To a one year, $6 mil guarenteed contract... Is this a move to get a trade today? Stay tuned.. According to Shefty It frees up $2 mil in cap space...
  18. Thanks for all of your hard work Dee, looks real nice.
  19. I believe, and correct me if I am wrong, but Mosely missing so many game will cost the Ravens a comp pick in the 2020 draft... Both players are overrated in my book, but then I'm a bit goofy...
  20. While they may look that way based on stats, neither of the other greatest defenses, Ravens, Bears, Steelers, had quarterbacks throwing passes right to them. Granted, Eddie George did hand the ball off to Ray Lewis... But nobody, nobody will ever give up less pts, 65, INCLUDING the playoffs, than the Ravens defense.... None not even this fake great defense called the Pats. I hope Roman does not come out and try to show off the passing attack. We know Billy B will put 8 in the box, rush all 8 and dare Lamar to beat them. But their defense is smaller, not as strong, go to two tight end sets and run the piss & vinegar out of them, even if it is 3 plays & out, that is still over 160 seconds off the clock, but wearing them down. Run up the gut, run wide, make them run sideline to sideline. Then come back with the ball control passes to the tight ends, and a wheel route to Brown out of the back field...
  21. Look, I've been dealing with injuries to my neck and spine for years. When the discs inflame, all hell breaks loose with my nerves.... Joe did get smashed a few times in that game & even had treatment in his neck during the game. So yeah, I can buy the disc inflamming and taking an hour, a day to show, cause sympstoms... While I agree with what he said about his coach, he should not have said it openly..
  22. 27-10, 4th quarter, 4th and 11, one time out left. Kitchens sends his punt unit on then changes his mind, decides to go for it. Instead of calling a time out, he has the punt unit purposely false start to save said timeout. 4th & 16, Mayfield is sacked at his own 20....
  23. From the Phins for a conditional 2020 pick...per Espn
  24. For a 3rd pick in 2020 & a 5th in 2021 Per Espn... Hmpp pretty cheap unless you have to pay him https://nypost.com/2019/10/28/jets-trading-leonard-williams-to-rival-giants/
