2nd string Europe players....
-
Eh, time will tell, his pick was easy, thrown to him, he played against guys who will not be in the NFL this year.. . We need to see him shed blocks, make the proper reads on the ball carrier and cover man to man, all things he has struggled with so far.
-
What was he & #3 looking at, do you know? Nope...
-
It is the first preseason game, barely any camp under their belts. You can't win a job in game one but you can build a plank to walk if the bad play continues.

I know they have missed many times other qbs have done it in other games, so yes, they, the tv crews, producers, have an agenda, they show what ever goes along with their narrative. Joe is not a rah-rah guy, but I have seen times, both in peraon & on the tube, when he has spoken with his line, his receivers, his coaches, looked over the tablet on past plays.
-
You mean the tv cameras don't show him doing that...
-
Just because the television doesn't show him looking over the film/ vid, does not mean he hasn't. I've seen every qb in the league since the early 70's all "pout" after a bad series....

Jackson: Baker Mayfield exceeding all expectations
tsylvester replied to papasmurfbell's topic in Cleveland Browns
Good question, I don't think he would be a good fit for a rookie qb, he seemed to hold a certain rookie back when he was in Dallas if the "coach" is to be believed. -

Mayfield is gonna be a great qb, he has the right coaching, (no, not the head coach) and a quality pro wide out to help him along. It will take a year maybe two, but he will be good. -
No, Joe trying to finish a game with a torn out knee won the team over to him. Don't let the haters displace how the team stands with him. They, the players, know the truth.

They don't seem to care about dead money. Keep in mind, if he plays well and they don't see any progress in Jackson no way they get rid Joe. They will of course, rework his deal to lower his cap number for one more season. Again, if he plays well and Jackson confinues to struggle in camp & practices....

I have found the goto excuse for Joe this season

Sounds like an episode of Charlie Brown with the teacher talking.... Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah... -
He may have cleaned up his act Jpp, but as papa said, he faught, denied this for 2 years and even though he accepted the "plea" deal with the NFL, he really did not take full responsibility for what he did to the young lady, physically. He even lied and got his friend go lie for him to try and skate, all recently. He fooled a lot of people, maybe he has cleaned up and now he just needs to mature to learn how to take responsibility.
