I said before I am reading Guttman's Parcells biography. Really interesting read. While doing it I am contrasting what he did with what I see Harbs does. One big one is Bill would not hesitate to call players out for being screwups. He would not tolerate players making the same mistakes over and over. He would also not tolerate lazy efforts during games. Harbs has been cool with everyone of these things.

Did I make the prediction? I said they could have 6 wins. I am about the same place for the Ravens right now.

At least I don't make excuses for them.
