2 hrs prior to kickoff I was having problems with the TV, couldnt change the channel, get on the phone with direct, went thru their BS, restarting the box, reprogramming the remote bla bla..Nothing couldnt change the channel by remote or by manually.. Direct TV says its the box, I tell them I dont care how you do it but you need to set my channel to CBS from outer space.. They tell me they will send a new box and I would have to hook it up...Fine..I hang up, then say hOLY SHIT replacing the box, means new DVR, what the hell about all the Ravens games, concerts, I have saved..They said nothing can be done... This stinks, Im going to miss my 2hr Kenny Chesney concert I had saved from 3 years ago, and the Ravens-9ers game from Thanksgiving night in 2011, where both teams were miked up..
