Oh yee of little faith... We hit a complete reset on coaching philosophies with new coaches. We brought in a guaranteed play maker on D after failing to draft one and feeling like the draft this year doesn't have one at our place IN the draft. We haven't played a down yet and everyone is feeling like it's over. We were contenders pre-season last year and didn't sniff the playoffs. ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.

But when you're right you come with receipts... Then give Minter the chance as well. This guy sounds good. I'm glad we didn't get Kubiak due to him sounding pretty docile. I still kind of wanted the DC from the Jags, but only because he was a motivator. Flores is blackballed for sure...Maybe he'll stay with MN and become their coach if they have another down year.

If Kliff is hired then trade away Henry. The more I read, the more I like this hire. Sounds like he may bring in the DC from TN that was a former Ravens coach as well.

I don't see how Minter and Macdonald are all that different. Pretty sure McDermott didn't have all that much power as he was fired
