The TV networks and NFL will probably drop the Sunday Night games as the Ravens Bandwagon empties out. Doesn't bother me a bit. It's real hard going to a game Sunday night and then going to work early Monday morning. Same for Thursday nights. But it is a sign of how low they have sunk. That and the Browns being favorites to win Sunday....which is logical. Now...who knows?....our Ravens just might have some surprises in store. They've upset the apple cart before.

New Lows in Sight? They're right about the QB's. Manziel forced the Browns to make a right decision for once. But..........I have the Ravens shocking everybody...in a good way. Ravens win by 3...ofcoursethankyouonceagainTucker!

Schaub starting means an automatic 7 points for anybody on the Ravens remaining schedule. This is one big hole the Ravens are in now and there is no fast way out of it. No quick fix.

As bad as it is, I really want to support this team. Maybe it has something to do with adversity, hitting rock bottom, being a lost cause...all things that I strongly identify with.... Yea...there was a ton of sloppy undisciplined play but the defense was on fire today. Nobody quit. Except the fans who started leaving in the 2nd quarter.

The key core players are now Buck Allen, Gilmore, Tucker and Brandon Williams....maybe Aiken, he had a good day. Butler had a good game too.

Yea....we have watered down football....sloppy football....bad football. Not just here in Baltimore. There's a lot of reasons for this. I'd like to hear some of the things you think have led us to this place. I'll list 3. 1. Lost art of tackling. Blame the CBA...they won't let the players hit in practice so they are not ready when the season starts, not in football shape with diminished tackling skills. ...so they get hurt. 2. QB starved league. No franchise QB = no shot. There are few of these types a QB's. If the QB gets hurt, there goes the season. 3. A decent percentage of owners don't care..".just field a .500 team and I'll make money." Now it's more about the money than the game.

It burns my eyes to watch this team. It can get worse. They will find a way to start getting blown out of stadiums. But I'll show up next Sunday.

Let's start with the Ravens front office. They said the theme for this season would be 20 years of Ravens football. They didn't tell us that to commemorate this, they would field a team exactly like or worse than the '96 Ravens. Liars. On a day when the defense finally shows up, Joe Flacco and Special Teams decide to open the 2nd half with 4 straight turnovers! 3 great special Teams returns, that would have shifted field position dramatically, were called back due to ignorant, lack of discipline penalties. It's my fault. At the half I sent crav a text saying all the Ravens have to do is not turn the ball over, not commit stupid penalties and run the ball and they win. Stan White gets some blame too. In the 4th quarter, on the radio, he brought up the fact that the Jaguars hadn't won a road game in their last 587 games. Kiss of Death. The next to last play of the game was the most disgusting way to find how to lose. Time had run out IMO, and the only shot....THE ONLY SHOT! the Jags had was an unnecessary roughness penalty. Dumervil obliged dishonoring the #58 that he wore on Pete's big day back home. It's 1996, and this 53 man roster has no clue or guts or want to....... to play Ravens football. Just undisciplined slop.
