  1. "In English please?"
  2. UPDATE: Do Not Read:: So, the Dolphins have games to play against the Patriots, Raiders and Bills. Anything can happen. They could run that table. But if there is a Sanity Claus, and we have inside information that there is, then they'll lose at least 1 of those games. Did not make this years "Must Watch Holiday Movie.
  3. This shows how unselfish you are. Instead of telling everybody this will be the "Must See Holiday Movie" for all posters, you merely make a suggestion. What a power of example!
  4. Dang! The Ravens only have 1 CB for Sunday. This is crazy. Basically we're back to Pop Warner football. "Hey you! Grab a helmet and get out there!"...
  5. Thanks for asking and for your interest dee. That's mighty kind of you. As you can see, we're not a glum lot... We're a simple, jolly bunch...feeling Joy......and engaging in all the holiday traditions... ..like decorating the tree.....and yard... Like most folks, we all look forward to the big family dinner....... and then, after dinner, while the family's having fun........I sneak away and open a present...consume it.....and... take my traditional joy ride around Catonsville...
  6. Flash back to when the Ravens played Cleo Lemmons and the winless Dolphins. Somebody call Harbaugh and warm him.
  7. There's been a voting deadlock on the ER Board of Directors............... for this years "Must See" Holiday movie. After viewing "A Bad Moms Christmas Movie" 20 times, half felt very strongly this was a must see, while the other half thought it was way too spiritual, Suddenly they had a last minute change of heart and actually thought that having Posters input could possibly be a good idea. So we have this amazing opportunity to submit our suggestions for deliberation. Right here. What's you pick for this years Holiday Movie? And in the spirit of togetherness, please feel free to add your favorite family holiday photos on our wall in the den.
  8. Madabuke will see more playing time, probably the whole game. He's on the rise.
  9. A lot of people are suffering and my heart goes out to them. I'm giving to the Maryland Food Bank. If anybody knows of some good then charities please let me know. If you have children and fall in some of these categories, ....then throw in the holidays....I've been there before. Raised 3 children on my own and the early days were tough. It hurts. I am grateful for what help I received and we climbed out of that situation. It felt like a miracle. Hang tough. Keep Swimming. Keep making every effort that you can. Don't lose faith. There's always hope....and love.
  10. Patriots have a 51.7% winning percentage over the Dolphins. Browns at 58.1% over the Giants. I know these winning percent numbers drive some people crazy: I have fun watching them flip back and forth during a game. Because it's football and anything can happen and does, they almost become an emotional indicator during a game. "At the half the Ravens are up by 14 over the Browns! 82.5% chance! Oh wait! Comeback! Browns up by 1 point...6 minutes left! Ravens 47.3%%....oh shit!....you get the drift. Somewhere in there my nerves went south.

Yea...Same high noise volume. Banging on seats. I had been programed from birth to never, ever, leave a game early. Crazy unforeseen stuff happens in the NFL. I always hung around and saw it. Like the day the air plane landed in the upper deck at Memorial Stadium. I must have really given up, because I was thinking about leaving at half time. My son changed that, The fans changed that. And Holy Shit what a game! And memory.

Never Forget it. I was there with my son. I was feeling down at half time and he said "Dad, we're going to win." You can see the whole game here.... Ravens 25 Greatest Games | Baltimore Ravens – baltimoreravens.com
  13. Holy Shit!
  14. On Sunday we'll find ourselves rooting for the Texans, Patriots, and the Giants. We got no help last week, so maybe this week our luck will change. Thursday night we're Chargers fans and on MNF "Go Bengals!" Another "Must Win" game for the Ravens...from here on out as everybody knows. Ravens win probability is 87.6% but I'm not taking anything for granted. Look at how close they made some of their recent losses: 3 out of their last 5 losses are by 2-4 points. 2 points to the Brownies. They took the Vikings to OT. Ok...ok...they're 1-12...but they did beat the Colts when they didn't know their lot in life any better. The stats are somewhat comforting: Team Stats Points Per Game 20.1 27.9 Points Allowed Per Game 29.5 21.0 Total Yards 352.7 355.7 Yards Passing 250.5 181.9 Yards Rushing 102.2 173.8 Yards Allowed 425.8 366.1 Pass Yards Allowed 280.2 252.5 Rush Yards Allowed 145.5 113.6 A little history.... The Jags are making all kinds of history. The wrong kind. Like 5 different kickers in the last 5 games. 6 for the season... The Jags will start Minshew in hopes to end their 12 game losing streak. .....Marrones vote of confidence: A scene we'd like to see... Jacksonville gives up the most yards per game and they are near the bottom in rush yards allowed and points allowed. (see above chart.) Perhaps Marrone will experience the same enjoyment Sunday: I guess he's not that bad of a guy. And Just Remember ER Posters: ........... Nostalgia Time! I will never forget this game......... The Significance? 9/10/2000. Second game of that memorable season after an opening day win against the Steelers. It was the first time the Ravens defeated the Jaguars. Brunell and Company had our number. Remember, they got their franchise before Baltimore did and Baltimore's bid was way better...Tagliaboo.........Blame him Cleveland for your loss. We tried playing by the rules. Anyway, it was great to have football back, yet until then, wins were scarce as was fan involvement. There was a new generation of fans and losing games for 4 straight years put them to sleep. Silent fans in general. Not like the Memorial Stadium days. Not like the fans that created The Worlds Largest Outdoor Insane Asylum. They were younger crowd. Don't get me wrong, they were good people, Baltimoreans, but football had been gone so long they didn't know to yell when the D was on the field.......they were being labeled "the wine and cheese crowd...and...well...it all changed 9/10/2000. Jimmy Smith and Brunell were killing the Ravens, yet on that day Tony Banks threw for 5 TD's, with none more important then this TD pass to Shannon Sharpe in the endzone with 1:04 remaining to take a 39-36 lead and win the game. Fan energy had been building all game and now.......Eruption! Pandemonium! They all jumped out of their seats. Hugging! High Five' in. The crowd went wild. They chanted and screamed "RAVENS"... down the exit ramps, across the parking lots. We danced and strutted on Russell street as a small group of local kids played "When the Saints Go Marching In." The high energy, enthusiasm and togetherness that was missing was back. And has never left. And now, I'm happy once again, because I'm with my kind of people...crazy people! ..
  15. He wasn't taking a shit......
  16. The D was decimated with hurt players. They were at the end of their rope, like the offense, where Snead was warming up to QB. Somehow, someway, they have to get healthy.
  17. Lamar said his fore arms were cramping up on the Andrew's m8ss fire. Then his legs went.
  18. How about Gus. So much damage for only 7 carries. Next Gen Stats @NextGenStats · 12h Gus Edwards gained +14 rushing yards over expected against the Browns 8-man box on this 19-yard TD run according to our Expected Rushing Yards model (expected ~ 5 yards). ➤ TD Probability: 1.3%* *Both of Edwards' TDs tonight have been under 5% Gus Edwards has gained +122 rushing yards over expected this season, 5th-most in the NFL. Edwards has gained more yards than expected on 41.3% of runs this season, 3rd-highest rate in NFL (min. 50 carries). and how about Dobbins on that 2 point conversion.

The ER Board begs to ask....... "What do you think Mike? ..."I'm so glad that you asked and honored to be here. One of the wildest wins in Ravens history was also one of their most important. But the victory was a big one for this team, almost as big as any in the team’s 25-year history.....Mike Preston: One of the wildest wins in Ravens history was also one of their most important | COMMENTARY - Baltimore Sun
  20. I'm with you varav..."they sure are damn fun to watch." And allow me to add, "The Wilting Defense sure makes for wonderful High Anxiety." You can't have all the drama without that!
  21. What has to happen is getting clearer....
  22. I know that I'll regret asking this. Anybody want to let Lamar walk now? "At least Tucker loves me!"
  23. Remember that? Ravens/Chargers 2012. Week 12 Sure you do. That play, or memorable moment, goes down in Ravens history because the Ravens who were 9-2 then, went on to lose 4 of their last 5 games, end up 10-6 and barely make the playoffs. Then came the equally miraculous run to the Super Bowl. If they don't make that play, then they miss the playoffs. Last nights MNF win was just as huge, equally exciting and definitely a "Must Win." I don't think we'll forget this one. Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns, Week 14, December 14, 2020 Highlights Lamar Jackson Marquise Brown Touchdown TD OH! Don't forget Tucker! He was the common thread between these 2 games. Clutch in both games. Greatest kicker of All Time. 55 yards...freezing cold. We all flipped out. You can't make this kind of stuff up. Now....for this great game to really matter, the Ravens have to win out and get help. ..“We’re tough,” Jackson said. “We finished the game, finally. We’ve just got to keep stacking” victories. Love it! Meaningful games in December. Todays Question: Does this game make the Ravens top 5 or top 10 games in Ravens history list?
  24. Time to settle down....breathe....relax....
  25. Incredible game. Still in the Hunt! ..and looking good!
