    Buy Or Sell

Buy or Sell: Ryan Mink (@ryanmink) The Ravens defense is tied with the Panthers with the highest percentage of drives that end with a punt (19%). If this unit could just eliminate some of the big plays (and get a few more turnovers), it would be excellent. (HT @benbbaldwin) Likes
  2. Here's some hope.. "But I guess that's just it: I trust this organization to adjust," Schein wrote. "I trust Harbaugh, Lamar and Co. to do what they have to do to get it right. Baltimore's culture is real and spectacular. As is the Ravens' resilience. I would not want to be the Bears on Sunday."Which NFL teams can you trust in erratic 2021 season? Packers, Bills and Cowboys top my list Jamison Hensley on Twitter “The Ravens are looking for their first ever win in Chicago as a franchise. Ravens are 0-3 in Chicago (losing there in 1998, 2005 and 2013). The only other current NFL city where the Ravens haven't won in the regular season or postseason is Minneapolis (Vikings).” Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Lamar Jackson, who is facing the Bears for the first time Sunday, is 25-2 in his first career start against a team. That's the best record by any QB when facing a team for the first time since 1950 (minimum 20 starts).”
  3. Still digesting data. The Ravens coaches and players know what's coming and what to do. They show up and segments of this team fail to execute. Real head scratcher.
  4. He's been blocked by Senate and House Republicans all the way. The solutions are there, yet politics does not care about America's future. We lost 4 years under Trump and took a huge back slide on this existential issue. If the Republicans gain control than any steps forward will be undone and global warming will not be addressed. We are at the tipping point and these self serving ego's will destroy America's future.
  5. 1 pm. 62.3 Win percentage and I'm ignoring this after last week. I watched the Bears play Pittsburgh last week in a game that they could have won but instead found ways to lose. They played a very physical game for the full 60 minutes and they are improving as a team. Fields looks like he's beginning to develop his game after a terrible start to the season. Fields can throw the long ball. In that game his receivers did damage. Kmet had six receptions for 87 yards for a 14.5 ypc. Robinson had four receptions for 68 yards for a 17.0 ypc. Goodwin had a 50 yard catch. Mooney had three receptions for 41 yards for 13.7 ypc. This plays right into the hands of the Ravens defense that consistently gives up the big play. Montgomery and Fields are there main runners. The Bears are coming off a bye week so they will be rested and prepared. The stats do not tell the true tale. Team Stats Points Per Game 25.7 16.7 Points Allowed Per Game 24.1 24.9 Total Yards 430.3 309.0 Yards Passing 276.2 172.4 Yards Rushing 154.1 136.6 Yards Allowed 386.8 370.2 Pass Yards Allowed 298.6 247.4 Rush Yards Allowed 88.2 122 From the Bears Point of View... Do I detect a little sense of emergency?! Uh...I mean Urgency?! The Bears Last Stand...lol!... Can the Ravens win this game? Absolutely. Is this a must win game? Yes. The schedule does not get any easier from here on out and the Ravens need all the breathing room that they can get in a mediocre AFC North. I believe they will get the job done after a humbling loss to the Dolphins. However, their margin for error is slim. The loss of Elliott will hurt a defense that has been weakened by injuries. They have to match the physical style of play that they will get from the Bears for 60 minutes. The Ravens must avoid turnovers and costly penalties. The opportunity to find ways to win will be there for the Ravens and they need to cash in on it. Finally, Lamar needs to remain cool under pressure and exploit what the defense gives him. He needs help from his wide receivers, because the opportunities will be there. We miss you!
  6. Yes! They are afraid to take the necessary, bold steps. Instead the opt out for ant steps because to do it right now, will impact the world economies in a seemingly negative way. Not good for them politically. Joe's paying for that now in the ratings. He knows yet is not afraid to do what must be done. And his slimey weasel opponents are pounding him on the economy while trying to take credit for the infrastructure package that passed....and Americans can't see through this.
  7. "Somewhere, somehow, an upset is coming today that will defy the odds and expectations," Bell wrote. "When they say it's a 'week-to-week' league, believe them. Throw COVID-19 on top of the typical injury factor, off-field distractions and parity, and the equation results in unpredictability we see each week – some weeks more than others. "Sure, it's way too early to place much stock in how the playoff order is aligned at the moment. The second half of the season, with the December stretch run, will be the typical wild chase and exactly what the NFL wants parity to produce."
  8. Patriots have turned into a really solid team. Maybe the best of the lot. Titans weakness? Tannehill and Peters. Tannehill had a good game Sunday yet he's up and down. #23 passing attack. Their running game? 29 carries, 66 yards, 2.3ypc. defense #21 in yards. 15th in points...Ok D.
  9. In a Playoff Spot 1. Tennessee Titans, 8-2 (AFC South leader) 2. Buffalo Bills, 6-3 (AFC East leader) 3. Baltimore Ravens, 6-3 (AFC North leader) 4. Kansas City Chiefs, 6-4 (AFC West leader) 5. Pittsburgh Steelers, 5-3-1 (First wild card) 6. New England Patriots, 6-4 (Second wild card) 7. Los Angeles Chargers, 5-4 (Third wild card) On the Bubble 8. Cincinnati Bengals, 5-4 9. Las Vegas Raiders, 5-4 10. Indianapolis Colts, 5-5 11. Cleveland Browns, 5-5 12. Denver Broncos, 5-4
  10. Observations from a fun day: Mike White Era is Over. 4 INT'S. 39.7 rating. He said he should have been taken #1 in the draft...seriously Keenam>Baker. Progressive make furious attempt to sign him and evict Baker Steelers tie Lions Browns most talented defensive roster on paper gave up 184 yards rushing and 268 pass yards. 452 total yards ..and 45 points Broncos and Raiders lose. Chargers lose. Not a bad off day for the Ravens who stay in 1st place. There is not 1 dominant team in the AFC North. In the AFC, at the moment, you could make the argument that the Bills, Patriots, Titans and Chiefs could emerge to be dominant, yet they have their fair share of weaknesses.
  11. The Ravens offense knew that they would face Cover 0 and practiced for it. Yet they couldn't beat it. Here's the article....
  12. Today I'm a Saints, Jaguars, Patriots, Jets, Lions, Vikings, Eagles and Raiders fan. One of those teams might win...

    Buy Or Sell

Got to BUY on this too. Sadly.
  14. Agree tsyl. Also Bateman was not used properly......
  15. So Lamar went off last night. He was angry, pissed and frustrated. And it came out. He's had enough of the bs execution. It was an extremely strong message to his offense. Every player. And they needed a tongue lashing. Including Roman. This to me was a seriously strong indictment because he generally always keeps his cool. Now...is this the fire that wakes their ass up and brings focus and change and new adjustments?

    Buy Or Sell

Buy or Sell; That the Ravens have hit critical mass on the amount of 2nd/3rd tier players who they have to start and that now, there are simply too many holes and weaknesses to hide with smoke and mirrors. Any decent team with a good coaching staff will exploit them. The playoff caliber teams will feast on them.
  17. The the Ravens become the Miami Dolphins or Texans
  18. Fortunatley, if I know you, you didn't stay up for this game due to work....so your eyes and brain don't hurt like mine.......Roman should be piss tested. The whole offense too.
  19. here's some Come on Man shit.... they played against the 2020m Dolphins D. Cover 0 all the way. And then this one blew my Mind.......... HOW CAN YOU DO THAT!!!!?
  20. Pardon me...just working thru and processing this as the coffee kicks in... "On a rainy Friday morning sidewalk I'm wishing Lord that I was stoned 'Cause there's something in a Friday That makes a body feel alone. And there's nothin' short of dyin' That's half as lonesome as the sound Of a sleepin' city sidewalk And Friday mornin' comin' down."
  21. The bubble burst. I didn't see it coming this soon. I was really hoping to hit 7-2 because I saw the road ahead getting harder for a team with so many weaknesses. Before the season started I thought there was no way they could make the playoffs. The the exciting wins came and I enjoyed them and got suckered in.
  22. LOL! crave!!! Looks like 70% Ravens fans in the stands.
  23. Anybody see Bateman getting his 1st NFL TD tonight? Ravens Country. Jamison Hensley Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Lamar Jackson is undoubtedly a prime-time player. Jackson’s career 77.7 Total QBR in prime-time games ranks is 2nd-highest of any QB since 2006. Only Peyton Manning’s 78.3 QBR is higher.

    Buy Or Sell

I'll buy. I can see a running lane the Ravens can hit to get to the SB. Injuries and all. There are no dominant teams in the AFC. Period. plenty of good ones yet they all have their warts.
