OK...it's safe to say this will be our board on the Ravens/Bronco's Gameday thread....

It's nice to get some love from the media but this is a killer schedule. It will be a war all the way to make a playoff spot. "IF the Ravens make the playoffs, then I love their chances to go all the way. This schedule will make them a great team. Or break them.... because a lot of unproven players have to emerge. The TE's. Perriman and the other receivers because Steve Smith can't do it all. Suggs and Dumervil have to hold up. Smith and Webb too. Jernigan's out. Can Williams and rookie Carl Davis hold down the fort? And then the all important Team Chemistry. Can the Ravens achieve great chemistry with so many new players? This does not happen over night. "Now hold on there max. I never did anything, played for the Ravens 1 year and we did ok."

He's right.... These rookie TE's are one huge unknown that have to come through for Joe and the team. They all looked good in the preseason....just need 2 of the 3 to show up.

The only thing that concerns me with Denver is their rushing attack. It's been great this preseason and we know the wonders Kubiak can do there. Get that going and Manning has a shot at being effective. i also have a minor concern that the secondary smoke from the stands may affect the Ravens players.

I don't know why the Ravens put up with him. Nice start to the season. At least Farmer won't be around to fire him....

They have no returner. This will haunt them all season. I have no idea if Webb can play. Pass rush. Didn't see any all pre season. Tackling. Weak. Running game. Weak. Coaching. They didn't develop this team fast enough or well enough.

He reminds me of a young Jarrett Johnson. I watched him all pre season. He's a battler, he took on anybody in front of him whistle to whistle... a winner IMO. He needs to get stronger, which he can. He's the same size as McCrary.

He was one of the few Ravens to make a play all pre season. I'd keep him just for that. Somebody has to make plays.
