Baltimore Ravens: John Eisenberg: Ravens Cracked The Code
vmax replied to ExtremeRavens's topic in News Feeds
Very true. It doesn't matter where all the media draft experts rank the players. What matters is where the Ravens rank them. I don't think they'll ever belong to that national scouting service. they do too good without it and it doesn't fit Biciotti's style. Steve made his billion evaluating talent...his way. I do wish DeCosta would shut up some and not share what the Ravens look for. It's a copy cat league. -
Billy can have a great season and if the Ravens make the playoffs I'll be sweating every kick. Evans is the goat of that game.

This was brought up on Bruce Cunningham's show yesterday
vmax replied to papasmurfbell's topic in Baltimore Ravens
Rice for Richardson would be a bad deal for the Ravens. Bruce must have been having a real slow day to talk about this fantasy. There's better ones...like...you come home from work and there she is... -
You do...you get penalized if you draft well and do a great job developing players. You end up losing some to the crappy organizations because they all can't fit under the CAP.

"Ruth! Don't knock something untill you've tried it.

It's Painter...from the Ravens website...http://blogs.baltimoreravens.com/2012/04/19/ravens-sign-qb-curtis-painter/ LOL @ Ryan Mink for telling a big fat lie...
-
Heard on the radio that Ravens fans won't be calling for the back up QB this year. Looks like it's Painter.
-
I think this is to see if these guys have anything left and might be worth a call in November or Decermber if somebody gets hurt. Now....Billick isn't around so Ozzie has to have some feelings for Boller...I mean...it's all Ozzie now.

I like Eisenberg [http://www.csnbaltimore.com/football-baltimore-ravens] and Kevin Byrne from the Ravens site.

I wonder if the season ticket holders in the rest of the NFL are declining to renew at a higher rate than normal.

Hey BallT! It's going to be ONE FRIGGN'N WILD SEASON! Might finally put me in a straight jacket.
-
look at week 3 & 4. Sunday night game against the Patriots then 4 days later The Brownies. Ravens have the advantage as they will be home for both. Then...week 14 at FedUp Field....
-
Ravens play him week 15...his arm will be gone by then.
-
Michael Irvin is an idiot. Fuck him and his Cowboys.
-
Or you could ralph... Please wear them against the Ravens. Readers Note: The thread title you are witnessing, is an ancient expression, used commonly in the early years of trolling. It eventually morphed into "BWAHAHAAHAAAAAAheheLMAOpblitt!ROLTFlolHeeHA HA HAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

Just look at the home games we have this year! Home: Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, New England Patriots, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants It's a fans dream. Not one snoozer. I will be freeking out every home game! This is why I buy season tickets...to see a very competetive Ravens team test their mettle against the best. Think about this: If the Ravens do well with their 16 game schedule, then they will be so playoff ready....so ready to slaughter whoever's in their way in the playoffs. You got to beat the best to be the best.
-
That was a great comeback. The bullpen actually did their job. Nice grand slam for Weiters.
-
I don't think they will sweep the division either...that is one tough road. The Bengals have a softer schedule but the Ravens have to control what they can control and that's an opening day, at home, MNF win over the Bengals (yes! it looks like that will be their first game) Ravens start out 1-0...Bengals 0-1.
-
Probably as a character witness to say "He's a changed man."
-
I don't think this schedule will hurt the Ravens. I think it's the other way around. The Ravens will hurt other teams playoff chances. Besides...win your divisional games and the road gets a whole lot easier. It's going to be nasty in the AFC North this year.

With two weeks until the draft, take nothing at face value
vmax replied to papasmurfbell's topic in Baltimore Ravens
This is so hard to believe. Nobody can be that dumb. -
You can't put that much money into the guard position. As for Billick drafting Boller...he doesn't get to pull that trigger..he wasn't the GM and never was. He probably lobbied to draft a QB after surrendering to his failed belief that getting developed Free Agent QB's was the way to go. That list of failures is long and Ozzie bought into that too. Hey...they did win a Super Bowl with Dilfer.
