IT'S THE POWER OF THE FU!!!!!! Just keep stroking yours....it gives Joe special powers.
-
You just ruined my night. The Ravens can run all day. They need tgo to keep Rivers off the field.
-
7 minute drive! Hope the offense doesn't go cold. They have to score TD's tonight. Can't rely on Cundiff.
-
Minor celebration.... Let's win tonight.
-
Looks like a good day for the Bengals who played the hapless Lambs. Titans, Texans, Broncos lose and the Yets are getting spanked real bad.
-
Broncos have 218 yards in the 1st quarter....up 13-7 and driving for another score. I'm happy Tebow is playing. What he's doing is bringing college football into the NFL and teams can't deal with it. Not all these no tackling, no blocking high paid Mo-Fo's. He could change the look of football in ther NFL. Now...you have to have a good D and special teams to win.
-
Grubbs is staying. I can't see Ozzie letting him go. There will be another mini purge like we had with McGahee, Heap, Landry, McClain, Wilson and Mason. Ravens came out smelling pretty good there.
-
Now I'm not saying the Chargers are the Packers, but it's a preview of how the Ravens could look against the Pack in the Super Bowl. There's some simularities when Rivers is on and hot. Not that I'm stretching it or getting way ahead of things....
-
The Broncos are running all over those no tackling Mo-Fo's. 4 runs over 20 yards and only 10 minutes are gone. The Packers D sucks too. You gotta have some D to win a Championship.

We've got one hell'va game tonight. The Ravens are bringing their best....the best that they are as a team so far this year. The Chargers will bring their best. Everythings on the line. Two powerful locomotives barrelling down the track right at each other. It's going to be one huge collision.

"Dear God, We ask thee for a Ravens victory..."

The Chargers are going to pick on him.... It's a nice article on Smith. He's had none of those "character issues" and is developing into a solid player. They'll go after Williams too. I hope Carr can play nickle.

The Curse of Gaither... Just one more piece of evidence that it all starts and stops with the line.

I usually don't want to talk about stuff like this untill the off season...especially with a big game comming up with the Chargers but I found this interesting and funny. I think Ray Rice is what makes this offense go, he's the catalyst, and the best all around RB in the NFL. On top of that he's one outstanding person. Thank John Eisenberg for this... And this from Brent Harris... {quote]TIME TO PAY UP, RAY It is tradition in the NFL, when running backs reach certain milestones, they reward their offense lineman with a nice thank-you gift. On Sunday, Ray Rice went over 1,000 yards for the season. The guys up front are hoping for something pretty nice. Both Bryant McKinnie and Matt Birk told me, while in Minnesota, they once got flat-screen TVs. Michael Oher, who was sitting close by and heard this, replied with, "That sounds pretty good to me!" This is the third straight year Rice has gone over 1,000 yards, and his usual good deed is a nice dinner out for his lineman. This year, the stakes could go up. Rice, who's playing in the last year of his contract, said: "When I get my new deal done, those guys can have whatever they want!" Oher, seeing an opportunity, responded with, "Then I'm holding out, Ray. I want the big payday!" -- Brent Harris[/quotye]

Pollard has an answer... http://www.baltimoreravens.com/media_library/Videos/2011/12/Locker_room_Pollard_On_Defending_Tall_SD_Wrs.aspx?id=f2c6abf67adc4b93bc757014e28abb94

Just because it's a toe injury doesn't mean it's turf toe. Webb was on the radio last night and said it's just a little sore. Yea...he's the best corner but the size of Smith and Williams will help against the Charters big guys. I'm not throwing in the towell on this game. The Chargers are not a better team. Not even close.

Hey crav.....how's the Fu growing?

I'm one grateful fan. This has been one great season beginning with the game one, behind the woodshed, ass whooping of the Steelers. We got it good. Once again, meaningful games in December. Playoffs the last 3 years and heading there again. Football heaven for this fan. Few teams get on runs that good. It can be 10-20 years between playoff appearances. Ground Hog Day after Ground Hog Day waiting for the draft...every October. Just pause a moment and look at the 2011 roster. It's deep. It's loaded. Suggs, Ngata, Redding, Johnson, Webb, Reed, Ray, Flacco, Boldin, Rice, Leach, Smith, Pita, Dixon,Pollard, Grubbs, Yanda... Emerging players like Jimmy Smith, Williams, Cody, Ellerbe, McClellen, Kruger, McPhee... No underachievers. Just Ball So Hard U. Thank you Steve, Ozzie, coaches...the whole organization.

The best thing for the Ravens going into San Diego is that they are guaranteed a playoff spot with a win. No more motivation needed. 1st seed or 5th seed? They know what's at stake. Are the Chargers truely on a roll and back in the hunt as legit contenders? Losses to the Jets, Chiefs, Packers, Oakland, Chicago and Denver, followed by wins over the Jags and Bills tells me that they are not. A ton of AFC fans are hoping the Ravens stumble here. I like having a game like this to challenge the Ravens because the playoff teams will be comming at them with everything at their highest level They need to play teams stronger than the Colts and Browns to get playoff ready. It's good pressure. Pressure on Joe and the offense to get in gear quick....jump out to a lead so the D can ruin Rivers day. Maybe Ray and Carr come back to tune up for the playoffs. If Webb is healthy and can play, then Pagano can throw the Full Monty at them. Tell me I not celebrating Christmas Eve with the Browns...

DPOW! This is his best season ever. He's matured and turned up the heat while Ray is out. He's having a Ray Lewis type year and you can see it rubbing off on everybody around him.

"Not bad for a girl!"

Nice catch Dee. Broncos win. Steelers Tebowed...

As varav takes the long drive home to Virginia Beach after a Ravens win!... The Ravens took care of business.....10-3...and they almost set a franchise record for fewest yards allowed until they put the 2nd team D in. They held the Colts to 53 yards by the end of the 3rd quarter. That's dominace. TOP: 36 to 23. Loved the Lee Evens sideline catch. Pissed that this is the 2nd time in the last few games that Ray Rice has had his head almost ripped off by a facemask foul only to not have an official call it. Suggs was a man on fire again as he gets 3 sacks and 3 forced fumbles...The Ravens have 44 sacks on the year and that's a new Ravens record I think...they only had 26 last year. If they recover some of those fumbles it's a 40 point game. It seemed like Cam had Ray running right all game. Why not behind Grubbs and McKinnie? Bad INT for Joe...cost the team points...can't have that in the playoffs....Joe had an OK game.

That is nice. It's a Baltimore thang.
