This has to be a joke...

It sounds like Joe is hessitant to take the reins and Cam is saying it's something you want to work toward. It's year 4. Shouldn't this issue have been resolved by now? I'm so confused.

Whole heartedly agree OTR. Only chance I see for the Ravens to win the division is for the Pats and Ravens to beat Pittsburgh. Because the Ravens offense can't get it together, their schedule is much harder. They have to play 7 games against top 7 defenses. 5 games against top 4 stingy defenses in points. That is too much to ask for this Ravens offense at the moment. They are more likely to make a 25th ranked D look damn good. The Ravens D will have to continue to play lights out...which they should.

The Steelers haven't beat anybody. That said...I don't see the Ravens winning the division. That would require ther offense to do something.

The D did stop them and the Ravens had the ball with a minute 48 I think. cravs right. Not only that...the Ravens would have had the ball being down 9-7...only needing a field goal instead of a TD. The short field allowed the Jags to go up by 5. The onsides kick blew the only opportunity for the Ravens to truely "steal a win". !:48...have the ball...only need 40 yards or so for the go ahead FG.

And all of us know it.... and some more reality... This is the kind of dark stuff that comes from a performance like last night. A lot of soul searching is going on in that team and coaching staff. It's not going to be as easy as Harbaugh wants it to be this week to go out and get better. Divisive stuff is brewing. Players are publicly questioning management.... Do the Ravens grow from this or implode? I think it's a very serious point in the franchises history.

Because as bad as they looked last night this team is good with a very real chance to make the playoffs. A new OC and system will have this offense playing like last night every week.

The disturbing trend is that they can't win on the road. The character and chemistry of that offense sucks...and Joe and Cam are huge parts of that. There is so much wrong on the O. Joe hasn't grown into the postion, turned a corner or become better. He's regressed. Oher's regressed. McKinnie and Girode are washed up. Birk is hobbled. Rice isn't used. TE's can't block. Leach isn't used. Rookie receivers trying to find their way...just not NFL ready yet. An OC who doesn't know how to get his unit fired up and ready to play with pride and a killer instict. They have no confidence or passion. Rigid game plans that do not change according to what the defenses give them. No winning adjustments. No urgency...hang around in the huddle waiting for Mama to tell them what to do and then just slowly lumber along to the line of scrimage until they are sure there is not enough time for Joe to read a defense and call an audible. If they get punched, they fold into a fetal position.

I'm sure the Ravens can find better OC's than Zorn. The offense last night looked like a group of slappies who had stepped on the field for the first time together. That part is Cam's fault....not having them ready to play...and he should be fired for it at the end of the season. Lombardi could have given them the perfect game plan and these guys would not be able to execute it. That's on the players and Flacco. Joe can't move with any sense of urgency or passion. He can't crack the whip...he doesn't have that in him. The dogs laid down and nobody could get them up. Flacco???? I think he can help get a team to the playoffs but that's all. He can't win the big games on the big stage. He can't carry an offense...will it to win and score...come from behind...

Cam didn't have the offense ready. He couldn't figure out what to call to get it going. The whole offense failed to execute. They played like they were on dope. Now they have to answer to Bichiotti.
