Those slappies don't deserve a home game. They should be coming to Baltimore. It should be nice and cold and windy there. Same in Pittsburgh and New England. This is why having a good running game is important. From the looks of the Ravens O line they won't have it.

Chiefs didn't play anybody good this year except the Chargers so their numbers take a dip in my respectability factor.
-
I hope Oher gets well too. Hall, Cousins and Yanda as OT's????
-
9th ranked offense...#1 rushing team in the NFL...11th in points scored. Ravens have some work to do.
-
2 for 11 on 3rd down! That's some limp @&$% shyit. Best part of the day was when they were announcing the players and finished by honoring the guys who made the Pro Bowl.

I don't want to rag on the D because they got no help from the O but... No pass rush. Kruger didn't help. I loved watching Cody...he gets a great push in the middle. Also Redding is fun to watch. He's playing inspired and tough 60 minute football. Ray Lewis looked solid today. He was sideline to sideline and fired up. Some Bungle pissed him off and he slapped him in the head and knocked the guys helmet off. The play was over and a Ref was standing there watching. Guess he didn't want to throw a flag and piss Ray off even more. That interception in the endzone by Reed was fantastic. The run back...only Ed can weave through that much traffic. Any game, any opponent...Reed is the best pass catcher on the field. After that run today he's shown he's better than many NFL RB's too.

At the stadium it felt like a loss. I saw PSL holders get up and leave when the offense failed to get a first down with 55 seconds left. They said "this is a one and done team". Sure there was some great plays...Ed Friggn Reed! What a treat to watch that guy. We are so lucky to have been able to watch some of the outstanding players of the game this last decade. Hall of Famers! Reed leads the league with 9 INT's AND HE MISSED 6 GAMES! The 3rd and 1 stops by the Ravens D...there was a ton of them. Ray Rice running through non existent holes. Cundiff tieing the touchback record. The officials call the Bengals 'Cleveland' twice with their mikes on...think they didn't have their bags packed? Hey...halfway through the 4th the crowd was booing the O rather than partying and celebrating a great season.

I saw a Fail today. cleetz you're right...it is the line. Then a little Flacco and a little Cameron. With any kind of a lead...if the game is close...Joe will not risk an INT. He goes for the safe, conservative throw. It has worked because the Ravens are 12-4....but that will allow every playoff team to stay close and steal the win. It also gasses the D. 198 yards of offense...they couldn't run today or throw.

va...I was throwing Holy Water all over everything...chanting "The Power of Christ Compels You!"...and...it must have worked...because Palmer had the ball with 55 seconds left because the Ravens could not...would not get a first down....because that would have won the game....well....9 times Plamer has killed us and there it was...2nd and 1 at the Ravens 2...TD wins it...the Ravens always let them take it with no time remaining...the Holy Water had to work. I mean, it had to be a miracle because, against the will of the Baltimore Ravens offense, they won. They thought their work day was over when they went up 3-0.

With the acquisition of Boldin, Stallworth and Housmanzadah to compliment Mason, Rice, Heap and Flacco, the Ravens offense ranks 20th in yards per game and 13th in points scored. Something just isn't right...the 2000 Ravens offense ranked 16th and we thought that was crappy.

Like I said...beat the Bengals and they'll beat the rest. Woke up liking the Ravens chances this morning but seeing is believing...so I think I'll go down and watch... lol! Suggs before the game...
-
I don't know all the possible playoff scenarios...just going by who I see winning this weekend. Now if this happens I'm on purple cool-aid the whole way... That's from Joe Plantania...he's no homer and usually right.

Happy New Year Everybody! My New Years resolution is to give up trolling.

KC has it's own set of problems. Here's how I see it: If the Ravens beat the Bengals then I like their chances to beat the Colts. Not worried about the Steelers...that's a sure W. The Pats???? Worried... but let's see how they look in the playoffs.
-
Look at the probable road in front of the Ravens...Bengals, Indy, Steelers, Pats. See a common denominator? For the Ravens to get to the Super Bowl, the road is totally paved with demons.... Teams who have some kind of invisible edge over them. Teams against whom they frequently say "That's ok...you can win the game now! We're really not in your category so please, take the lead now." Or..."OMG! We're about to win! Quick...make a false start!, get a pass interference, throw an interception! Fumble! Fumble!" They don't have any of these teams 'number'. It's the other way around...at least at this moment. The Ravens have the opportunity and the talent to change this. They can beat any of these teams. All of them in a row???? Get an Exorcist. Study and master the Learning Triangle...get knowledge of things they are not wanting you to know. Find their MoJo. The Ravens have to get in 'Exorcist mode' starting this Sunday. Knock one monkey off their back after another. The Bengals game is important because if the Ravens succumb to their "finding ways to lose" mental block, then they probably won't beat any of the others. It's time to line up and show who's Boss. This is exactly what "taking it to the next level" is all about. The Super Bowl Champ will do exactly this. Claim what's theirs because they want it more than anybody else....and are determined to beat anybody in their way. The Ravens can wake up Monday morning and say "Hey...we beat the Bengals." They'll have just that much more confidence to want to take out the Colts. Do that and it snowballs. The Demons will jump off the Ravens and onto a playoff opponent. The shoe will be on the other foot. "We can't beat those guys! Look at who they beat! The Ravens are too scary."...or my favorite "It's the 4th quarter! I'm done!" So I call this the Exorcising Demons Playoff Run....of course it needs the usual disclaimer: "Well, they have to win for it to be called that".

I don't get the 9.5 points. Bet the house. Meanwhile the Sun unanimously picks the Ravens. http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/ravens/bs-sp-ravens-picks-1231-20101230,0,6968551.story

I bet. You've had nothing to watch all season.

Kindle's light in the head to begin with. Then he cracks that head and I believe he was drunk when he did that. Now he's added alcohol to a cracked light head. No shot he can bring anything positive to this team. Unless he gets help and changes fast, the guy's is serious trouble. He's probably out of football with no money and all he knows is to drink. Tragic really. He fucked over Ozzie and the team. Ozzie didn't have to offer him a contract and pay him great money to try and get healthy. He pays Ozzie back by drinking and driving! His priorities are...party. Of course now he's very remorsefull and sorry. Give him a new contract and I bet he celebrates that by getting drunk. As you can see...I'm very pissed with this jackass.

We are!... I often tap into the Universal Mind and stuff like this happens.

Ravens beating the Bengals??? I'll have to see it to believe it. Of course they have been stinking it up for 10 games and now suddenly Palmer comes out of his opiate induced daze just it time for the Ravens. 157 QB rating.... They are a better team and offense without Batman and Slobbin and the big mistake was not getting their younger receivers PT. They are just better than the "Look at Me" clods Palmer had to work alone with this year. OK...if the Ravens can win Sunday and get over this huge mental hurdle then they are going to be one scary playoff team. Beat the Bengals and they'll beat the rest. That's my prediction.
-
Could be more Ravens on it...
-
So long Sergio. There's plenty of other guys who take this seriously.
-
Indy, Steelers, Pats....all in their houses....that looks like the road. The Ravens are mentally tough enough and physically talented enough to get the job done. Just take it one game at a time.
