1. Torrey could be that #1 in 2013. He was far better than I was expecting this yr. I thouhgt 2011 was going to be his remedial training. I do not see why he can't add 300 yds and 20 more catches to what he did this yr. I would put Williams on the other side. Q works the slot. Doss is Q's replacemant when it is time to cut ties. Evans will more than likely be elsewhere or he pushes down Williams if he takes a pay cut. For the first time ever they Ravens are raelly stocked at WR.

I haven't heard anyone looking at Torrey as a #1.... he's a prototypical 2 or 3. But a 1 is a superstar who can go up and take the ball out of the air... Torrey is a burner. Hope he's great. But he can't be the 1 guy you have.

  2. I just don't see a WR as a need at all. Maybe draft one late for ST's but that's about it.

We had two rookies as part of our starting rotation last year, and the other guy is an aging veteran. And none of them is taller than 6'2. It's definitely a need... unless you're willing to say that LaQuan Williams, Lee Evans, and Tandon Doss are the superstar #1's that we're looking for when Boldin hangs it up.

  3.

Me neither, haven't they tried these kinds of receivers before without success?

With Cam staying, what they need are 6-5 receivers who are open due to their sheer size...

Like Mohamed Sanu and Alshon Jeffery

  4. Ravens are now in the market for a new primary backup running back to Ray Rice with veteran Ricky Williams announcing that he plans to retire]]>

How much is a guy like Peyton Hillis going to command on the open market? I don't know if anyone is willing to pay him starter money, so he could get back at his old team here... I guarantee he respects our team and our philosophy on offense... Rice and Hillis, with Leach blocking? Come on, man!

  5. Why are we trying to blame anyone. What happened has happened, I'm not interested in crying over spilled milk.

If we're going to blame anyone, it should be Lebron.

Cundiff will need an almost "pro bowl like" career to regain fan, teammates and coaching confidence in him. He's definitely at 3 & 2 with 2 outs in the 9 th. He did not lose the game. He wasn't' responsible for the pressure situation that the team and coaches put him in...but he "Al Del Grecco'd" in one of the biggest games of this franchises history. These opportunities are rare. He's under a lot of heat..perhaps most of it undeserved...but he had a sub par season on top of it

80% of the advantage Cundiff gave us was taken away last offseason when they moved the kickoff line. Now we have a kicker who can't hit a 50 yard field goal AND will always have it in the back of his head that he shanked one in a critical moment. I don't see what the point is of trying to keep a guy like that, when so many games come down to a single field goal, and half-decent kickers aren't really that hard to find.

Unless it's a financial thing, you've gotta bring in someone else.

  6.

lol, get the F*ck outta here...... I honestly cannot take a full offseason of Flacco bashing.. If I were Joe I'd ask not be resigned here and go somewhere else. The 20% of our fan base that is against Joe accounts for 100% of how the media feels and thinks we feel. Just once I want to hear "ya know, Joe flacco was one dropped pass away from a superbowl, maybe hes not the rex grossman we make him out to be"

Rex Grossman made it to the Super Bowl...

  7. Does anyone know exactly what kind of cap hit we're looking at between Grubbs, Birk and Yanda - versus whatever is normal for the interior line? And for the sake of argument, what is Gurode making?
