Oldschool739 Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 Anyone else think he's gonna get cut ?.....I think it's a good possibility, he has played terrible, and I know it's only been a few weeks now buy he has been hit right in his hands almost everytime and dropped the ball almost everytime.....I think he's done, and if Ed is ready and we keep Bajema and Furst, it's very probable.... REPEAT !!!! Quote
cravnravn Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 No, experience factor weighs too heavy with him, he has nothing to prove to the fo Quote

Oldschool739 Posted August 31, 2013 Author Posted August 31, 2013 No, experience factor weighs too heavy with him, he has nothing to prove to the fo We need CB and OL depth, so an old guy that can't catch might be cut for one of those spots, is what I'm thinking. Goooo Ravens !!!! Quote
papasmurfbell Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 They might cut him and do a resign after week 1 so his deal wont be gauranteed. Quote
Tornado700 Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 Too early to cut him O.S. Let's see what he can do in real games. Personally, I think he will be OK. I do think that Juice is going to be catching at least 3 per game until the league game plans against him. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 They have to keep Pitta on the 53 to get him to the IR with the option to come back (I think this is a wasted option just IR him). So maybe they cut Clark to keep Pitta for this option. Quote

He can catch, hes done it year after year, hell when we play Indy it was not Harrison or Wayne I was worried about, it was Manning to Clark Quote

SB REPEAT !!!! Quote

Oldschool739 Posted September 3, 2013 Author Posted September 3, 2013 OS, he can catch, you know it as well as II thought he could until I saw him on the field, I'm not convinced he can be productive anymore ....Why would TB cut him if he were any good? Gooooo Ravens !!!! Quote
Robjr83 Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 Sadly Clark's our best option. Hands of stone Dickson will never pan out. Quote
varaven45 Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 Clark really struggled last night- its like he starts to fall down as soon as he catches the ball. Dickson is worse, much worse. We need to Mother Theresa to perform a miracle on Dennis Pitta .....now Quote
Robjr83 Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 This is one of the few misteps Oz has had recently. I honestly thought they'd draft a TE with Pitta and Dickson being in contract years. Oz drafted a fullback and a injured reserve player without looking at TE. Quote
Tornado700 Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 I'm not giving up on Dallas yet. Too early. Now, Dickson is a different story. He can't catch and can not hold onto the ball after a hit. Quote

He can't catch and can not hold onto the ball after a hit. He's a 3rd stringer now T......Catch 1 drop 3, make a play here or there but will cost way too much in the many he misses on.....Cuts should be coming, and he is at the top of the list, followed closely by Stokley and then Huff.....I would start Furst or Juice instead of Dallas and Marlon instead of Stokley, and soon Elam over Huff.....If we're going thru transition, let's do it with young players that have the stamina to play a whole game.....There are no Rascals to ride in Football..... papasmurfbell Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 Huff is not going anywhere this yr. They just inked him to a reasonably large deal. That D needs to gell. Quote

papasmurfbell Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 Sure but he won't be off the team. Quote
Oldschool739 Posted September 16, 2013 Author Posted September 16, 2013 Sure but he won't be off the team. You never know what kind of performance contingencies are in his contract, I'm sure they didn't give him a free run at this time in his career....They can cut or trade him and it looks like Elam has already taken his job...The guy can't tackle.... Goooo Ravens !!!! Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 If there are performance bonuses he won't reach them as a backup. The are not going to eat his bonus this season. Quote
