dc. Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Predictions have gone up a bit actually. And it's supposed to be more in DC/Annapolis area - pushing 8" there. They are saying roads won't see that much of course because of the warmth... but yards will, especially because it's all coming between 12am and 6am.
