cravnravn Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Larry & Moe missed where I said he would get a nice bonus...Do I need to copy and paste it for you two? Quote
cravnravn Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 IF he reaches the market, And I do expect a nice bonus for Torrey Here, for the two dipshits, Ill even bold what i said for you two Quote
cravnravn Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 5 is nowhere near top wr money. Double digits is top WR money. Hell Wallace is making 16 million a year to do nothing. 5mil is too top money, IF you dangle that nice bonus in front of him, which I fully expect our FO to do Quote
Geronimo Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 so how much of a bonus do you think the ravens will offer Torrey Smith that will make him accept 5 million a year? Quote
cravnravn Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 (edited) 15 to 20 mil up front, and if its closer to the 20 mil, then expect a low yearly contract.. Edited July 8, 2014 by cravnravn Quote
papasmurfbell Posted July 8, 2014 Author Posted July 8, 2014 Here, for the two dipshits, Ill even bold what i said for you twoThey all get nice bonuses. It is part of the contracts. Also The bonus goes to the amortized yearly cap number. If they ink him now I think they could get him for roughly 7-8.5 per yr. If they wait I see it around $11. Quote
RavenMad Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 I agree with Papa. I'm thinking around that $8m per year. Maybe $7-7.5 if we are lucky. If we wait and he kills it this year he could be asking $12m+ Quote

I am looking at the overall value of the contract. Quote
cravnravn Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Sure, no differently then Joes contract, Torreys will be very friendly the first 4 years, after that you either restructure or release Quote
papasmurfbell Posted July 9, 2014 Author Posted July 9, 2014 OK looking at the Amandola deal. I will say right now they over paid him. If he is pulling down $5 mil + in the 2nd yr of the deal then he is making to much. Quote
cravnravn Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Mike Wallace is another bad deal, fins are really getting screwed over. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted July 9, 2014 Author Posted July 9, 2014 Paying FA's most of the time is a poor move. Quote
cravnravn Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 They backed up the Brinks truck for him, Maybe if they had a QB it would of worked. Quote
