Um, this goes far deeper than what happened before the Steelers game, this is compounded on top of the crap last week and speaks to trust of the organization, now that the truth, the real truth is coming out. They will sign players who fail not one drug test, not even two, but three... Who hasn't done anything for any community he was in, but they cut tail & run from one mistake by a great community guy, a great teammate, a player who did anyting the org asked him.

What does that say to the rest of the team? Lesser things have sunk many a good teams.

It says to the rest of the players that no matter how well loved you are that in today's multi media world, it only takes one stupid drunk mistake caught on film, and your life as you knew it,will be gone. And if a player doubts it will be caught on tape tell them to ask rice and Peterson.

It says our leader, organization and team are at a crossroads and a serious juncture - one that will define this franchise going forward. You can't blow this off and assume the team's on the field performance and organizational screwup are mutually exclusive. It leaves you with a very unsettling feeling about the future.

I think I can.

Harbaugh looks terrific at this moment. I can cheer him, his coaches and definetly the players. None of this is their fault.

Even Ozzie. His decisions were based on what he believes to be the right course of action and consistent with his past behavior. To give 2nd chances to good guys...support them through rough times...to try and help them grow and change. His players are more than numbers and statistics to him. They are human beings, young men who will make mistakes and that they need mentoring and support.

Now...Cass and Bichiotti.....
