varaven45
After we gift wrapped and handed the game over to the Pats 3 weeks ago by not running the ball (even though we ran over em all night), the Hawks do the same damn thing tonight, except they gift wrapped it over to the Pats at the dang 1 gave away the SB ! The Pats did what they had to do win this year but luck like that only comes along once in a blue moon. I hope they enjoy tonight cuz that window is closing fast on Brady and company. rastaman831226
Goes to show when you get too cute with the ball it always winds up biting you in the arse.
vmax
On the final Seahawk drive when Wilson threw the ball up for a deep strike to Kearse, I was thinking it would get picked off like Joe's final throw. Incredible catch by Kearse. This SB is one of the all time greats...next to the Ravens victories...
varaven45
Max, I was thinking the same thing. It was a classic but the better team didn't win last night. The Seahawks lost it more than the Pats won it. The good news is the Pats will begin their descent, starting in 2015. Brady, of course, is saying he's in his prime and has several yearsleft. But his team's good fortune peaked this year.and they won't replicate that again. That plus the rest of the AFCE is closing the gap with Miami, Buffalo and the Jets. varaven45
Heard the same thing Crav. Luckily, that doesn't always translate to wins, especially with "pops" behind center. I am more concerned with the AFCN than the Pats and their 38 yr old QB.
