vmax Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I want Haloti to have a long successful career and I loved having him on the Ravens and how he helped make this team great.Yet....maybe Ozzie not having enough money to keep him was not that bad of a thing. Haloti Ngata will not be on the field when the Detroit Lions begin training camp. The team announced Monday that the veteran defensive tackle, acquired in an offseason trade with the Ravens, has been placed on the active/non-football injury (NFI) list. Ngata can be activated and re-join his new Lions teammates in practice at any time during training camp. The defensive tackle has a hamstring injury, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reports, but it's certainly possible Ngata could be on the field by the end of the week. Translation: There's no reason to ring any alarm bells ... at least not yet.http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000506142/article/lions-haloti-ngata-hamstring-placed-on-nfi-list Quote
cravnravn Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 It's a fact, once players leave the nest they fall off the map, Ngata forced the trade by not restructuring Quote
GrubberRaven Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Ngata didn't want to restructure. I'm telling you, he will retire after this year... Quote
