Thought it would be good to start a new thread where we can combine all these.

 

Here's one for Papa:

He is gonna fall on that. He would have to plummet before I would draft him.

Fall according to some who think he was a first round pick. Land, where most people who saw him play the past few years...

 

You don't draft right tackles in the first round and he is a second string right tackle too boot..

Yeah I would not draft RT before the 2nd. I think his skills are not as good as some other RTs.

What do you guys think the possibility is of the Ravens trading down a few spots? Since most A1 talent will be gone at 16 and the draft depth is fairly deep this year.

Outside of two receivers or one offensive tackle, I would think they would trade down, other wise they would be reaching badly.

 

If they can at least get Guisiki later in the first round or early in round 2, because of a trade down, that would be a win.

 

They don't need a lot of good players, they need specific good players.

Sutton, Andrews, Gesicki are all supposed to be later round 1 picks. I don't want to see them reach either at 16.

I hope they trade back to the low 20's, take Gesicki, move up in round 2, nab Christian Kirk, round 3, an offensive linemen, round 4, nab Riley Ferguson, 5th take a flyer on Calloway, sure off the field issues, but he has apparently cleaned up and this team needs his talent.

Well he certainly has enough red flags. Maybe a 5th round pick though I bet Bisciotti will be against it. Modell would have given him a shot.

This draft is so loaded with QB's I think we've got to take one like Kirk, or Lauletta in the mid-round picks.

 

Damn shame we don't have our usual bevy of comp picks. We have so many needs and there's lots of overall talent to be taken in the 4-5 round range.

The Ravens are not going to a superbowl # 3 without a couple of "gems" found in the 1st or 2cnd round. I'm talking about football players with the likes of a Ray or Jonathon. Mediocre players will keep you just that- mediocre.

It's Ozzie's last throw of the dice. i'm hopeful but realistically don't think he can pull it off. Hope I'm wrong.

Just give us one gem and I'd be happy. But, I wish Joe would restructure to give this team some cap space. It's all about the playoff's.

For the love of his team, teamates, coaches, owner? That would be a good start. Maybe because it would help them back in the playoffs and maybe even another Superbowl? I mean, what can you do with 21 million dollars that you can't do with 10 million? More pancakes for the kids? I dunno.

When has he shown a love of the team, coaches, or owner. He has shown a love for hhis family. He is a paycheck player and they live to get the most money they can and don't care about team goals.

And that is the very reason Papa that you find a way to get another franchise QB. Ben did it, so did Aaron Rogers, and I believe that even Tom Brady did it. I had no idea that Joe was like that.

Him refusing to throw with guys in the offseason showed he is only a 9-5er. Him just pouting own the sidelines when things are going bad proves to me winning is not important.
