With all the great QB's and receivers the Ravens will have to face, the defensive secondary is the one spot the team needs to be deep and talented.

The Ravens are ranked #1 at this spot and #1 as to having the deepest position group in the NFL.

The secondary is scary good. The DL is solid. If we get good play from the linebackers the defense will thrive. We do need to establish a pass rush and it looks like it's going to have to be done with the talent we have on hand.

 

Offensive line is solid. Running backs are too. If Lamar develops to be another step up the passing ladder this team will be fun to watch on both offense and defense.

I get the shakes whenever I see people describe our D as scary good. With a unproven pass rush and developing LB corps, I think our secondary will be good but scary good? Well see.

I agree. A lot of it I am seeing from Judon and others. It reminds me of Thou protest to much. When guys have this need to be very vocal they are trying to talk themselves into believing it.
